the place is nice , the staff is friendly however i think klook inclusion is a bit misleading. the klook inclusion stated headspa, facial, massage, foot soak/scrub with manicure and pedicure. But as you can see on the picture i only receive manicure. The staff mentioned the offer is valid for either one not both. Its not the staff fault but i think klook should update the inclusion.

will try again. massage is very good especially after a long day of walking. what i liked about the spa is the attention to derail to the overall experience. therapist was very accomodating and reapinsive via whatsapp. i contacted them prior to booking so i know if timeslot is ok. before my appointment tome. they booked grab from my hotel to the spa so i wont get lost. upon arriving, they welcomed us and proceeded with a warm footbath accompanied with a nice back massage. then the actual massage started. afterwards, they gave us togurt, tea and coconut biscuit snacks. they wanted to book grab back to my hotel but i told them no because it was kinda expensive. overall experience is super great! glad i booked ny spa day via klook!

The shop owner is really thoughtful. Although there was a language barrier, I could feel the staff's dedication. I purchased the silver package this time, a full 120 minutes. This was the most surprising service among the 6 massages I had in Da Nang over 8 days. It included a facial wash, massage, and even blackhead extraction... plus a herbal steam facial... it was truly amazing. And if you're within 6 kilometers, the shop even provides free taxi pick-up and drop-off, so for those who go, the taxi fare is already saved. The price is also better than on-site, so could you please give these hardworking service staff a small tip? This is truly from the bottom of my heart.😊😊

The spa was very great! The staff is very polite and despite we are late for 10 mins, we are still under good care. The place was tidy and clean, just a few blocks away from the beach, location is very convenient.

Simply put, the skill is so good it deserves five stars. The experienced masseur hit all the right spots, providing a comfortable experience. The thoughtful pick-up service and complimentary small pastry were a nice touch. The only minor drawback is that the restroom could be cleaner, then it would be perfect! I will definitely come again!

The diamond package was a delight for the ladies, and despite the superior skills of the technicians, a little more smile was needed on the receptionist’s face. Luxury packages include hotel transfers within 6 kilometers, booked through the app. They will not contact you proactively; you need to proactively contact the other party yourself for confirmation.

The massage was relaxing and enjoyable. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to relax. The package includes a foot bath, body massage, hair massage/facial, and finally a pedicure and manicure. It was worth the price as it includes free pickup/drop-off service.
