will try again. massage is very good especially after a long day of walking. what i liked about the spa is the attention to derail to the overall experience. therapist was very accomodating and reapinsive via whatsapp. i contacted them prior to booking so i know if timeslot is ok. before my appointment tome. they booked grab from my hotel to the spa so i wont get lost. upon arriving, they welcomed us and proceeded with a warm footbath accompanied with a nice back massage. then the actual massage started. afterwards, they gave us togurt, tea and coconut biscuit snacks. they wanted to book grab back to my hotel but i told them no because it was kinda expensive. overall experience is super great! glad i booked ny spa day via klook!

The spa was very great! The staff is very polite and despite we are late for 10 mins, we are still under good care. The place was tidy and clean, just a few blocks away from the beach, location is very convenient.

Simply put, the skill is so good it deserves five stars. The experienced masseur hit all the right spots, providing a comfortable experience. The thoughtful pick-up service and complimentary small pastry were a nice touch. The only minor drawback is that the restroom could be cleaner, then it would be perfect! I will definitely come again!

The diamond package was a delight for the ladies, and despite the superior skills of the technicians, a little more smile was needed on the receptionist’s face. Luxury packages include hotel transfers within 6 kilometers, booked through the app. They will not contact you proactively; you need to proactively contact the other party yourself for confirmation.

The massage was relaxing and enjoyable. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to relax. The package includes a foot bath, body massage, hair massage/facial, and finally a pedicure and manicure. It was worth the price as it includes free pickup/drop-off service.

I booked the Klook voucher right as I entered the spa, after making sure to message them first on Facebook/Line/Telegram for availability. We availed of a free taxi from the restaurant and then to the hotel afterward. This made the price much more value for money. I will go back to try the body massage.

Honestly, I walked so much on this trip to Da Nang that my legs are almost giving out 😂. My friend kept recommending a place called Spa, saying I absolutely had to try their massage. So I went... Wow, it was truly amazing! The place smelled lovely, the lighting was soft, and as soon as I walked in, I felt completely relaxed. The staff were super friendly and first asked me where I felt sore and if I preferred a strong or light touch. Then they arranged a full-body essential oil massage for me. The masseuse's pressure was just right; I almost fell asleep during the back massage 😴. Especially my shoulders, after the massage, I felt completely refreshed. And their essential oils smelled so natural, not like those pungent artificial fragrances. Afterward, my skin felt smooth, and I smelled wonderful. They even offered hot tea and a small dessert after the massage, which was incredibly thoughtful. Honestly, this place is really better than any other I've tried. Next time I come to Da Nang, I will definitely come back here again! 💛

The massage service itself was fine, no issues, but there are many other options nearby that offer better value for money. The owner gave us a packet of coconut biscuits, which made us feel they were very hospitable.
