Meskipun kami pemula, area tersebut mudah dinavigasi dan instruktur (kami bersama Ari) dapat membimbing kami menjelajahi area bangkai kapal, yang menakjubkan dan penuh dengan ikan berwarna-warni. Pastinya menjadi sorotan perjalanan kami ke Bali! Terima kasih juga kepada Wayan, yang mengantar kami (3 jam sekali jalan) pulang pergi ke akomodasi kami.

The guide was extremely polite and professional. He helped us non-swimmers to undertake the activity with confidence.

The pickup service came a long way, and the training was easy to understand, so everything went smoothly. I was scared at first, but gradually I started to enjoy it. There's an extra charge for photos, but it was well worth the payment.

The diving instructors are all very nice! The coach is great at teaching, so even beginners will have no problem. The underwater world is super beautiful and definitely worth visiting. Renting a camera for photos costs 650k IDR, which I personally think is super worth it. The photos are quickly transferred directly to your phone via a data cable! The food is acceptable, but it's not the main focus after all.

The water temperature at this dive site isn't too cold, and you can walk right in. However, as a beginner experiencing it for the first time, I felt the instructor wasn't very professional. Because I had a cold, it was difficult to equalize my ear pressure, and as a first-time diver, it's easy to miss important details. The instructor didn't pay much attention to this; their main focus was on taking photos and showing interesting things, so there wasn't much time dedicated to education. It's a bit of a shame given the long drive. It's actually a fantastic dive site; it would have been perfect if I could have stayed longer or had a better instructor.

Honestly, at first, I thought the coach seemed unprofessional because we had to wait for shoes and masks when we arrived. However, once we were in the water, the explanations were meticulous, and everything went smoothly. The driver's skills were the most impressive I've ever seen. Highly recommended.

It takes three hours one way to get from Ubud to Tulamben. The instructor took us to see the shipwreck while snorkeling. There will be photographers there, remember to bargain.

This time, we chose Ubud because it's closer to the center and feels more convenient for transportation. The instructor picked us up at the hotel at 8 AM, and there was no traffic on the way, so we arrived at 10 AM. Then, the instructor arranged a spot for us to sit down and gave us a briefing. For the first dive, we'd swim quickly around the boat, and for the second dive, we'd go inside the boat, of course, in an open area where there's no danger. Before getting into the water, we decided whether to add 500K IDR to buy the camera package; the instructor would help with videos and photos, which was well worth it. The restaurant staff also took our food orders before we got into the water, and the meals were delivered as soon as we surfaced. After eating and resting a bit, we went back into the water. Each dive was 35 minutes, and it passed very quickly. The return trip took 2.5 hours due to traffic, causing motion sickness. I recommend bringing motion sickness pills.

Our instructor was very experienced; he explained everything you needed to know and also guided and helped you underwater. For first-timers, it's doable, but take it slow. The shipwreck was interesting to see, and it was a fun experience once you got past all the diving-related difficulties! Photos are charged separately.

It was a great trip. I learned how to scuba dive, and the instructor was very supportive and friendly. I loved it and will definitely do it again. It takes 3 hours to get to Tulamben Beach, which is quite far. The food was just okay. I suggest opting for the package that includes CD photos.
