我們最近入住了翠亨樓，整體的住宿體驗好壞參半。好的一面是，辦理入住與退房的手續非常高效。我們的房間極為寬敞、安靜且舒適，更配備了非常讚的私人溫泉。此外，度假村還提供了非常便利的高爾夫球接駁車服務，接送我們往返主樓。遺憾的是，餐廳的早餐服務嚴重影響了我們的整體體驗。當時餐廳非常擁擠且混亂，顯然是由於人手不足，既沒有人清理桌面，食物也沒有及時補充。雖然住宿本身很優秀，但餐飲營運方面確實需要加強管理。

We are 2 couples who stayed one night at this lovely resort. Staff were all kind and helpful. There were some communication challenges and the translate app on our phone was handy for that. Slight minor issue with our door lock strangely constantly beeping when we were about to leave for breakfast. I called the front desk and someone was sent to fix the issue in no time. Unfortunately the lock beeped again but we were already about to leave for check out. The experience here exceed our expectations. Clean and comfortable rooms. Hot Springs facility was amazing. If you go in the evening, mind your steps. Some areas lacked lighting. Expect to dodge cigarette smoke in some area. Breakfast was surperb. Resort offered cart service if beeded. Would definitely book again

We were extremely pleased with the one night stay at this beautiful hot springs resort and intent to return. The check in process was pretty seamless. The suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. Hot Spring facility wasn’t terribly busy so we’d have the entire pool to ourselves most of the time. Multiple staff members in the change rooms kindly lead us to the assigned locker which we were given a wrist device to lock and unlock lockers and there were plenty of amenities provided such as shampoo, body wash, towels, hair dryer and spin / dry machine for our swimsuits as well as plastic bags for wet items. They also kept the place clean and spotless. Unlimited and complementary beverages and towels were provided for guests outside at the pools. The staff at the pools kept the area clean. My only complaint are the guests who are the strong scent of cigarettes smoke outside that affected the experience and it’s no fault of the staff. Breakfast at the cafeteria was excelllent. 都係基本嘢囉，普普通通經濟實惠環境都算唔錯起碼舒舒服服不過我今次嚟，因為平日冇乜人都幾舒服我嘅鍾意總之呢個價錢可以接受附近都好多嘢食

Service: Front desk, restaurant, all staff are very polite. Cleanliness: Clean and hygienic. Breakfast: Buffet style, acceptable.

The hotel room is located in a business park, a king-size bed room. The room feels a bit old but is well-maintained, generally clean, and fully equipped. The only downside is too many mosquitoes. There are hot springs in the park, but too many people used them during the National Day holiday, so the experience was not very good.

Breakfast: Average, not abundant. Service: The front desk staff didn't smile much; the cleaning lady was more cheerful. Cleanliness: There were two large spiders in the room, which was frightening.

整體都滿意嘅 雖然係細好多比喻溫泉 早餐就麻麻哋啦，普普通通啦，可以更加改善 最不滿意係臨尾有個 我們泊車的地方是倔頭路 我們在整理行李大概1分鐘左 火車送貨不斷催促我哋 響咹都響了10次 趕我們離開 令到我係有啲不滿意 咪話晒都係客人，雖然不是大晒 等一兩分鐘我們整好行李嗎？

整體服務都幾好，雖然個溫泉唔係好大大人又唔係太多足夠好多人用，但係泳池長期都冇開可能救生員不足 最討厭係臨尾離開的時候，我們在收拾東西 職員貨車送貨，竟然趕我們離開 話晒遊客區我有啲不滿
