I came here a few summers ago to play in the water, and after several years, the hotel still maintains its standards. Although the hotel isn't new, it's very clean, and there are enough hot spring pools that you often don't need to share one with others. The hotel has a Chinese restaurant, and the dim sum tastes good, though it's not cheap. The buffet dinner looks appealing, but the taste has declined compared to before, so you might consider calling a car to go out for dinner, having a barbecue on the large lawn, or ordering takeout. Breakfast is better than dinner. Besides the hot springs, there are other activities. The children chose to play ATV, and the venue is larger than a go-kart track. There's also a small market on the large lawn where buying a coffee and snacks to sit under a tent is indeed quite chill!

This Valentine's Day, my husband and I took the high-speed train to Dongguan Tangxia Sanzheng Half Hotel to enjoy the hot springs. It was wonderful and relaxing, truly eliminating long-accumulated fatigue! The hotel claims its hot springs are genuine, and I did feel my skin improved and I felt more energetic after soaking! My husband and I particularly loved the pressure shower in the Turkish bath area. When you press the button, two large water jets powerfully spray onto your body. You can move around to adjust to the water pressure, letting it hit your shoulders, buttocks, etc. It's a very refreshing and therapeutic feeling! Other pools like the red wine, coffee, tea garden, beauty, and fat-reducing pools were also great! The dinner buffet included was best for its desserts, which were beautifully and exquisitely made, and quite delicious! We'll definitely go back to relax again if we get the chance!

The hotel is very large with many rooms. My room has a terrace overlooking a lake where you can go boating. Guests can park for free, with both indoor and outdoor parking available. The hot springs are over 100 meters from the hotel, about a 5-minute walk, or you can take a free golf cart. The hot springs and swimming pool are together, occupying a large area with many different hot spring pools to soak in. I believe the swimming pool will be very crowded in the summer. There is also a small water park. Breakfast offers many food choices and is very comfortable. The hotel has a super-large playroom, perfect for children, where you can play for 24 hours for ¥168. We went to play again after breakfast the next day. It includes two pairs of non-slip socks, 10 game tokens, and one bumper car ride. Overall, I am very satisfied and will come again in the summer.

We bought a 3-day, 2-night package for 2 adults and 2 children, but only our family of three went! It cost less than $100 to take a taxi from Futian Port, and the journey took at least half an hour! Since the swimming pool was closed in winter, my daughter was very happy to experience the hot springs for the first time, as if she had gone to a swimming pool! And I must say, the hot spring area is really, really big, with many choices! We were in the water play area, and it was very convenient to just walk over as it was right near the hot springs! Regarding the accommodation, my husband said that both the interior and exterior of the hotel were a bit old, and I agreed, but it was still okay for me! Also, both the breakfast and dinner buffets were very satisfying with many food options to choose from, especially the cakes which were excellent and perfect for photos! It's just that we didn't have enough time and only stayed for 2 nights, so we had to leave quickly, which was a shame!

Thank you for her thoughtful arrangements 😘 She paid attention to every detail, such as kindly reminding us of the hotel activities we could participate in and providing a handwritten schedule for each activity! I was quite satisfied with this experience. The environment was beautiful, and the balcony overlooked the swimming pool. You could even open the railing and walk directly into it. However, no one was swimming because there were many leaves and impurities in the water. I wonder if it would be better in the summer. There were many hot spring pools, seemingly over 30 of them. Most were 40 degrees Celsius or below, so not very hot. Most of the pools had people in them, making it quite lively. The buffet dinner wasn't exceptionally delicious, but there was a good variety, enough to fill you up, and there was even a live band, which was satisfying.

The hotel room was a bit old but clean and odorless. The water in the water park and artificial beach was cold, not constant temperature, so we could only soak in the hot springs (the Sky Pool Spa/indoor pool is constant temperature!). The buffet dinner was rich, and the roasted lamb was delicious! There were king crab legs, freshly grilled oysters, and hairy crabs (small hairy crabs) which were great! The East China Sea abalone was fake and tasteless! Convenience of transportation: It takes less than 40 minutes to get there from Shenzhen. Service: The front desk staff understood Cantonese and answered patiently. Breakfast: MVP freshly made rice rolls 👍

After four years, our family of four returned this year to visit this hotel and enjoy the water. This time, the hotel surprisingly arranged a family room for us (the room type was a poolside deluxe king room, allowing direct access to the water from the room). The front desk staff said it was because I had requested an extra bed when booking, so we saved on the extra bed fee for my son. I found their buffet breakfast and dinner to be very rich in food. Since many people dine there, it's essential to book a table immediately after checking in. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning was a bit weak, but it certainly didn't dampen our desire to eat. All three visits have been happy experiences. This time, I booked this hotel through KLOOK for the first time because the price was very good value.

The environment is comfortable and the place is very spacious. I initially purchased a 3-person package for a 1-night stay (including 3 buffet breakfasts, 3 buffet dinners, and unlimited access to the water world). Upon arriving at the hotel and seeing the pleasant surroundings, I upgraded to a two-story villa area through the front desk, paying the difference. Opening the living room door allows direct access to the swimming pool, and it's even closer to the hot spring area. This Klook package is excellent as it includes buffet breakfast and dinner, saving me the hassle of taking a taxi out for meals. The hotel's outdoor facilities include a water park, hot springs, and a large grassland where you can pay to enjoy cycling, go-karts, lake tours, etc. Indoors, there are mahjong facilities, a fitness center, and a claw machine area. For lunch, I chose the hotel's Chinese restaurant, and I recommend choosing a set meal as it's more cost-effective and the portions are generous. Dinner was a Western-style buffet. The food was rich and distinctive, including hot pot, giant grouper, and freshly carved beef. Finally, I must commend the front desk staff, especially Zoey. She was very thoughtful, polite, and patiently introduced all the fun places within the hot spring hotel. She also reminded us of meal times and important notes via WeChat and even sent a fruit platter, which was very heartwarming. A two-day, one-night trip truly isn't enough time to enjoy all the hotel facilities. Next time, when I return with family and friends, I will definitely choose the Klook platform again.
