The room was very spacious, over 600 square feet, and each room had a large balcony. We paid an extra 100 yuan per room to upgrade to a lake view room, and the scenery, needless to say, was superb, offering views of the lake, mountains, gardens, and golf course. The bathroom facilities were also luxurious. The only downside was that the room's carpet was a bit old. The buffet dinner was barbecue style, and the food was decent. However, the breakfast we had the next day at the golf clubhouse was surprisingly good in terms of variety and food quality. We were also lucky enough to sit by the window with a view of the forest, enjoying a pleasant morning.

This was my first time at Mission Hills Hotel. It was a long journey from Shenzhen, taking 3 hours to reach the hotel. It's quite far from the market. When I first booked this hotel, Klook's Timmy inexplicably canceled my order without my consent, which made me a bit angry. The hotel is in Dongguan, and its facilities are good, but the amusement park and swimming pool are quite dirty. The buffet and front desk staff lacked smiles and seemed unfriendly! However, the hotel room was very comfortable and well-equipped. It was very comfortable indeed! 😍

The hotel's bouncy park is large and great fun. On weekdays, there aren't many guests, so you can have the whole place to yourselves. The indoor play area is suitable for younger children. The afternoon tea and children's meals included by the hotel were also very good. It was a very happy family trip. The hotel also has many other activities, such as handicrafts, animal feeding, an outdoor swimming pool, and an arcade center.

The family room is very large and comfortable, with an open balcony view and fresh air. The hotel staff are friendly. We were kept busy with all the games and activities at the hotel, making it very worthwhile to bring children along. It would be even better if the hotel bus schedule could be more frequent, as waiting an hour for a bus to go out is very inconvenient.

A pretty good experience, and the price is reasonable. The surrounding scenery is decent, and the attractions are only suitable for young children. It's a bit old-fashioned, but still acceptable. Recommended.

It was a great deal! I successfully snagged it during the 68 yuan special offer. Even just going for breakfast would be worth it. There are many parent-child activities inside, including a children's playroom, and the swimming pool is also very beautiful.

The hotel front desk staff were very warm and friendly. This was our second stay at the hotel, and the package was very good value. Both breakfast and dinner were plentiful, and both adults and children had a great time!

We purchased three packages for two adults and one child, each package including a buffet dinner, totaling approximately HKD $500. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that there would be no buffet dinner that evening, and no immediate solution was offered. We wasted a lot of time inquiring before they finally offered only HKD $100 in compensation, which we did not accept. Around dusk, the offer increased to HKD $300, but we still did not accept it as it was unreasonable. After inquiring until the third day, the proposed solution was a total compensation of HKD $900 and 200 points. We only requested a minimum compensation of HKD $1500, which did not even include compensation for wasted time, emotional distress, or disruption to our itinerary. However, by the fifth day, we still had not received reasonable compensation.
