We enjoyed learning the respectful culture around a traditional tea ceremony. Her ability to teach us in Japanese and English was great for our group. We even got to experience whisking matcha ourselves. Highly recommend.

We loved the ceremonial aspect of this tea ceremony. It was beautiful to get a glimpse behind the curtain of true Japanese culture. The instructor is fantastic. We did a private tour, which I would recommend, complete with kimonos.

Belle expérience près du temple Kinkakuji. L'anglais du professeur était excellent. Notre seule plainte est que les sucreries n'étaient pas très bonnes, mais c'est peut-être typique de ce genre de sucreries.

The tea ceremony was good. The tea master (not sure if a lady is also a master). she was very knowledgeable and explained it well. she also accommodated the guests who could not sit on the mat by giving stools. The Matcha was delicious and I would do it again. I loved the Kimono choices on offer.

The tea master was really knowledgeable. The experience was engaging and fun, while learning about history and etiquette of the tea ceremony.
