暑い日でしたが、お店の中は涼しくゆっくりお願い事を書けました。お店の方は日本語もできて親切。ランタンを飛ばす前後の写真も撮ってくれます。おすすめです！ただ、お店の場所がどこにいけばいいのかちょっと迷いました。店番号があるとわかりやすいかも。

The process was fast. The stalls were numbered, so it was easy to find the right one. However, I asked the lady if I could have pictures on the railway, but she didn't want to. It's okay, I got it over with, and I have my pictures anyway. In the future, I'd just choose there. No need for pre-booking.

Experience: The old lady in the shop and a lady in pink were friendly, and everything went smoothly until we lit the lanterns for photos. The male owner was unhappy with us taking photos on the railway tracks like all other tourists. He repeatedly reminded us of the warning signs about pedestrians not crossing the tracks and told us to consider carefully and be responsible for any fines... In fact, everyone else on site was taking photos on the tracks, and we also expressed our willingness to take responsibility (we are locals, and communicated in Mandarin throughout). However, the owner was quite firm, muttering, "...This causes us trouble..." We are not assertive people, so we reluctantly accepted his request to take photos in front of his shop. But what followed was even more disappointing. The owner seemed very sensitive to time. He didn't help us take photos or suggest angles like other shops. Although he didn't say anything harsh, he was very impatient with us trying to find angles ourselves and with our children needing more angles for photos. Overall, we came with happy, positive energy to make wishes, but the experience of lighting and releasing sky lanterns at this shop left even us, who are good-tempered and easy to cooperate with, feeling negative. We released three lanterns at this shop, and in the end, the children were very disappointed. They were old enough to feel the owner's disapproval of them wanting to take more photos from different angles; then, not knowing how to express themselves correctly and insist reasonably, they retreated and could only release the lanterns without continuing to take photos. The owner also seemed to have been waiting for this moment and immediately turned and left. We felt like consumers who spent money and then obediently accepted a discounted experience. We were the only ones on site who didn't light lanterns on the tracks, and the only ones the owner didn't help take photos for, or even let us take photos from good angles ourselves. Because the children, who had been looking forward to this for months, were so disappointed, we decided to purchase another one at a different shop (we had already bought three sky lanterns at this shop). Thank goodness, we finally had a good experience of taking photos and releasing lanterns. We didn't make any special requests; the staff at that shop actively helped us take photos, created a lively atmosphere, and the process was professional and smooth. It made us finally feel normal – we didn't ask for anything extra, just happily took photos and released lanterns in one go. We finally left Shifen with the positive energy of making wishes.

No lo recomiendo. Bastante malo. La señora mayor, Ama, fue amable. Había otra joven de rosa que también fue acogedora. El dueño, un hombre que nos ayudó a encender y lanzar la linterna, no fue fácil de tratar. A diferencia de otros dueños de tiendas que ayudaban mucho a elegir un lugar en o cerca de la vía del tren y animaban a los grupos con diferentes poses para fotos y videos, este dueño simplemente quería que lo hiciéramos frente a su tienda, lo cual no es fotogénico. Nos recordaba constantemente la multa que tendríamos que pagar si nos atrapaban en la vía, murmurando “los turistas causan problemas…”. No nos ayudó con ninguna foto y era muy sensible al tiempo cuando intentábamos tomar más fotos. Fuimos allí para pedir un deseo, pero toda la experiencia de pedir el deseo fue todo lo contrario a sentirse positivo. Los niños quedaron decepcionados. Lamentamos no haber elegido otras tiendas/servicios en Klook. Muchos otros parecían alegres y divertidos.
