Avaliações
Lan Ha Bay Cruise was better than Ha Long Bay, with its tranquil emerald waters and the spectacular scenery of strange rock formations. We enjoyed kayaking and swimming, and had hearty meals with elaborate course dishes and a rich buffet. Thanks to the kind crew, it was a comfortable and special trip.
The boat is very new, with modern and clean facilities. The food is also thoughtfully prepared, and the service staff are friendly and enthusiastic. It's a highly recommended experience!
If you're just looking for a two-day, one-night trip to Ha Long Bay, it's fine, but the initial pick-up was uncomfortable. It felt like a Klook shuttle bus driving around the city picking up passengers before heading to various cruise ship boarding points in Ha Long Bay, and the seats on the bus were very cramped. Furthermore, Majesty Prime wasn't as new as I imagined; the overall decor and room details didn't make it feel like a new ship that just started operating in 2025. The food was also very ordinary. Aside from the scheduled itinerary, it was very boring on the ship (there were no other facilities besides the bar and spa), essentially forcing you to spend money on various drinks. However, the service staff were indeed very friendly. If you're looking for a luxurious experience that meets expectations, I recommend finding a larger ship to avoid disappointment. After you leave the ship around 11 AM, it takes almost until 3:30 PM - 4:00 PM (the bus has to stop at many drop-off points after arriving in Hanoi) to reach your desired drop-off location, which is a huge waste of time. The service from all staff members was excellent, but the overall experience of the trip was not good.
