I have been to the Pullman Shenzhen North Star Restaurant buffet many times. The hotel's location is very convenient; you can see it right after exiting the high-speed rail and subway. The staff are very polite, and the food quality is superb, both in presentation and appearance. The hotel decor changes frequently, offering a fresh experience. Compared to other hotel buffets, I would prioritize Pullman Hotel; both the price and food offer excellent value for money.

It's a bit inconvenient to have to call to reserve a table, but the food selection is incredibly vast, there's unlimited alcohol, and the service is excellent. We ate from 6 PM to 9 PM. It's right opposite Shenzhen North High-speed Railway Station, and the night view is superb.

食物選擇不算多，魚生師父安排非常好，份量多又新鮮；甜品一流五星酒店水準，但肉類（燒牛柳和德國腸）體驗很差，溫度冷亦欠肉味；“咖喱雞” 盤內實際上是日式咖喱豬排，而且口感乾硬。服務員態度一流有禮，值得一讚

There aren't many types of seafood or Chinese dishes. The food isn't hot enough and isn't properly covered. Food replenishment is slow. There's no beer among the alcoholic beverages, and there aren't enough staff; it takes a long time for some of the tableware to be cleared. The environment is still quite spacious.
