Regarding the food, the salmon sashimi and the cold platter's scampi were quite good. However, other hot dishes were very mediocre. The steak required queuing and the meat quality was ordinary. The baked crab gratin was cold, making me wonder how long it had been sitting out. The spicy sea cucumber consisted of small, fragmented pieces. The ice cream had that cheap, sticky texture. Perhaps the high price is due to the 43rd-floor high-altitude view. The waitstaff provided good service, clearing plates promptly.

Price: it was nice but I later found out that the price is much cheaper using the Meituan app, a good saving of HK$250 for 3 people.
