Wow, what an absolutely AMAZING trip I had with this tour agency – I’m still in awe! The organiser, Edi, is an absolute superstar: super proactive, lightning-fast responses to every single question, and he went out of his way to tailor the logistics perfectly to my family’s needs (travelling with two elderly folks isn’t easy, but he made it seamless!). Our driver Angus deserves a medal – so incredibly kind, patient, and attentive; he was constantly looking out for my parents and making sure they were comfortable and safe every step of the way. And the Mount Sibayak hike? Mind-blowing! The views were breathtaking, the experience unforgettable with the explanation from Yanta, and my friend (a total first-timer) was completely blown away – he hasn’t stopped raving about it since! Huge praise and endless thanks to this fantastic tour agency – you guys are simply the best! Highly, highly recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The local guide is very friendly and knowledgeable, doing their job well. Whenever we ask about the itinerary or places we visit, they provide a detailed history of each location. They also introduced us to local restaurants and recommended authentic dishes for us to try.

It was a great 5-day, 4-night tour. Special thanks to Edi and our driver/guide Agust for adjusting the itinerary based on our requests. The accommodation was good, with a fantastic lake view room at Lake Toba, the spacious, modern, and comfortable Mickie Holiday Resort at Brastagi, and a city center hotel in Medan; all were well-organized. The optional tour to Sibayak was shifted to 8 AM according to our request. Our local guide, Andy, took good care of us and introduced us to the plants we saw at Sibayak. I highly recommend this tour.
