Had Mas Riski as our driver and guide. He was honestly the best, providing good details and taking great pictures!!. The accommodation provided by SibayakExplore was good and adequate. The itinerary was well-planned, and the weather cooperated with us at the time. All in all 5 stars!!

This is an excellent tour. As a backpacker I booked fairly last-minute, but the team was very quick to get in touch with me via WhatsApp, check details, introduce the driver and send me a full itinerary. Daniel, my driver and guide was great, he speaks excellent English and was knowledgeable about the places we went to - and was really fun to chat with across the 3 days. I thought this was excellent value for money as the hotels they provide for rooms each night are fantastic spots. The locations we went to are all really good. I just wish I could have spent more time at each one, (But to do that something would have to be dropped or do an extra day). Daniel was great at taking photos, I got plenty, and it's just nice to have someone translate for you on the journey. Would absolutely recommend to anyone to come on this tour, especially if your time on Sumatra is limited.

Kami sangat senang dengan pemesanan 3 hari 2 malam melalui Klook. Sopir & pemandu kami, Pak Alamsyah, adalah pengemudi yang sangat hati-hati & dia berbicara bahasa Inggris dengan baik. Kami meminta untuk mengunjungi patung Yesus Kristus (tidak ada dalam jadwal) & dia membawa kami ke sana. Membayar 150 ribu untuk biaya masuk satu mobil. Wajib dikunjungi. Semoga Klook bisa memasukkannya ke dalam jadwal mereka. Feri kami ke Pulau Samosir tertunda, jadi saat kami tiba di desa Batak, hari sudah gelap gulita. Museum sudah tutup. Pak Alamsyah berhasil meminta sebuah keluarga untuk membuka rumah mereka agar kami bisa berkunjung. Kami sangat berterima kasih.

This was the best tour I've ever had. Before the trip, Edi contacted me to provide the best itinerary and helped me understand the places I was going to visit. Christopher, my driver in Medan, was excellent to us. If a place was nice, he would recommend we stop and explore. By the end of the tour, we were sad to leave him. Such great service from both of them.

It was truly an amazing experience with Sibayak explore. Special thanks to Pak Edi for the prompt arrangement and Pak Agus for the wonderful tour. Our tour guide and driver, Pak Agus, is such a fun and experienced guide. He brought us to all the important landmarks and even spectacular viewpoints, along with great hidden gems with delicious food. It's a truly local experience. The journey was so smooth and Pak Agus's driving skill is really top-notch, which made a lot of places not feel far, even though they were hours away! On our last day, we were not able to finish much of our tour due to our tight flight schedule. However, Pak Agus managed nicely to ensure we got to go to the important landmarks within the two days before our flight back home. We also managed to take our flight on time, thanks to Pak Agus's timely arrangement. Thank you again, Pak Agus. We will come back to visit other places in Sumatra with you again if we get the chance! Don't think twice, just go for the tour.

It's rare to find a private tour with such high value for money. Our driver, Ucen, truly went above and beyond, acting as driver, guide, and photographer. He's practically a superman, flexibly arranging the day's itinerary according to our preferences and schedule. As for us tourists, we just had to enjoy the delicious food and beautiful scenery for these three days! Regarding accommodation, I must mention Mr. Edi; the hotel in Berastagi truly impressed me. All in all, this trip offered incredible value. Providing such excellent service in Indonesia's relatively poor infrastructure environment is no easy feat. I am very grateful to both gentlemen for giving me unforgettable memories!

I recommend it 1000%! It was three incredible days, a must-do excursion when you're in Medan. We are two French guys, the locals are very welcoming, and often very amused to see us 😂 It's just as worthwhile as the jungle trek for orangutans, which is a shame because Lake Toba is not often visited by tourists, and that's a mistake. A big thank you to our guide Santo, truly, very adorable and very helpful, he takes his time and adapts to us. A big thank you. By the way, we had luxury hotels, a plus! The driver was very enthusiastic and professional. In addition to the scheduled itinerary, he also took us to a handmade coffee roasting workshop to taste Sumatran coffee at our request. He even stopped along the way so my durian-loving friend could feast, and took us to a familiar massage and beauty salon. The entire trip felt relaxed and natural. Although the driver didn't specifically engage us in conversation, he always gave us silent care and assistance, which made us feel incredibly warm.
