The tour organizer was very helpful in sending us the tickets, as we were a bit late to the office. No queuing was required, which was a bonus. English is fine for me, but there's no language support for my friend.

Geweldige ervaring. Was een beetje nerveus over de beschrijving dat het misschien een AI/VR-ervaring zou zijn, maar ik kan bevestigen dat ze zeker tickets leveren om het Colosseum en ook Colosseum World te betreden. Geweldige dag uit met het gezin, en zo blij dat we deze geweldige ruïnes hebben bezocht.

Although it's more recommended to buy the one that includes both the top and bottom floors, this one is also good! Plus, it includes tickets to videos and other places, which is great value! You can rewatch the videos endlessly 😂

划算，但需要事先想好要買幾個景點，且購票前無法先確認心儀的日期是否確定有票（我一個景點確定日期了，就無法退票了）。如果像我前幾天才買票，可能一樣還是有票但是時間就無法很完美，例如太陽太大、天氣很熱等。另外羅馬競技場的語音導覽只有競技場有語音導覽，其他兩個山、羅馬廣場都沒有導覽，建議提前做功課。

The Colosseum was a magnificent experience. The entry process itself was seamless (remember to bring ID—I had to identify myself with my passport). A huge bonus with the ticket I chose was that it also included access to the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. If you’re going to see the Colosseum, you absolutely cannot skip these parts! The Roman Forum: Walking through what was once the heart of the Roman Empire, with all its temples and triumphal arches, felt like walking through a living museum. Palatine Hill: From here, I got a breathtaking view of the entire city and the impressive ruins of the emperors' palaces. This is also where the story of Romulus and Remus began, which gives the site an extra mystical atmosphere.

Service: The ticket exchange location is very convenient, close to the Colosseum. The tour agency staff provided clear instructions, and it was great that we could call them if we had any questions!

We didn't go due to our itinerary and couldn't get a refund. I strongly recommend not buying tickets on Klook; it's much cheaper to buy them directly at the venue, and there's usually not much traffic.
