Had a good experience with Xiao Xue as the tour guide. She was very informative and enthusiastic, and her instructions were very clear. Just for your information, the tour goes to the Temple of Heaven for 1 hour and 40 minutes, and to the Summer Palace for 40 minutes. Please note there are hidden costs you should be prepared to pay for, such as a boat ride for 200 RMB per person. Lunch is at 1 PM. The visit to Yuanmingyuan is 2.5 hours, and an additional 80 RMB per person is required for the shuttle bus inside.

Jhenny was an amazing guide, even though I booked the wrong tour (the Chinese one instead of the English one), she made sure to make me feel very welcome. I definitely recommend her, because she explains every little detail.

Our tour guide, Xiao Cui, was incredibly kind. She helped us arrange a car the day before, and her explanations on the day of the tour were superb. She was the only guide who carried a notebook, frequently showing us photos of sights we couldn't see, or pictures of places before they were damaged. She always made sure all group members were present. She stood to explain things while we sat in the car, and she stood to explain things while we were on the boat. Even when she had us sit down to rest at certain spots, she continued to stand and explain. She is truly dedicated and professional. Thanks to her, we were able to understand the history of each place, the little stories behind every location, which places were unsuitable for photos, and which spots offered the most beautiful views. We were truly fortunate to have Xiao Cui guide our group!

I booked a tour with my parents and a friend. I'm Korean and don't speak any Chinese, but I didn't feel any inconvenience at all! Teacher Shi Mingsu is the best guide in China! Of course, he explained the history in Chinese, so I didn't understand everything, but I was able to learn enough about the history through a translator! And since it was the day I was going to Onang Airport, I had a lot of luggage, but Teacher Shi Mingsu was kind enough to arrange for me to store my bags in the middle of the tour. Today was the day to depart for the airport, but the tour was delayed more than expected. We found out about this at the third location, Guihuayuan. The teacher quickly came to find us and helped us in the middle of the tour so we could go to the airport. This was my first overseas trip with my parents, and I thank Teacher Shi Mingsu for helping us make it a happy trip! If any Koreans book this tour, I highly recommend Teacher Shi Mingsu.

The Temple of Heaven is incredibly beautiful! It's a must-visit. The tour guide explained many interesting stories and details very clearly, allowing us to learn more about the related historical events! However, the package didn't include boat rides or shuttle buses for the Summer Palace and Old Summer Palace. The guide only mentioned the need for additional purchases when we were on the bus. As a result, just for the boat and shuttle bus at the Summer Palace, one person had to pay an extra 900+ NTD, which felt a bit like a rip-off. Later, due to bad weather and strong winds, we also didn't get to take the boat at the Old Summer Palace. Additionally, since we had to visit three attractions in total, the time spent at each place was a bit rushed. However, after visiting three scenic spots throughout the day, it was indeed very tiring. If you don't want to be overcharged or prefer to explore on your own, you could consider buying tickets yourself during the off-peak season and doing a bit of research! Nevertheless, booking through Klook is indeed very convenient, and you don't have to worry about too many things, making it suitable for those who don't have time to prepare. The day before, we also received the meeting and guide information punctually, which was very convenient and reassuring!
