Nancy fue muy apasionada y amable, nada fue demasiado problema (fotos, recomendaciones para aprovechar al máximo nuestro tiempo), lo que hizo que el día fuera muy agradable. ¡Guau! Si tuviera que resumir todo sobre este viaje en una palabra. Nuestra guía turística, Judy, fue increíble. Es muy conocedora y cuenta historias de una manera muy atractiva. Es un recorrido muy interesante y revelador, sin duda. Solo prepárense porque es físico en la mayoría de las paradas. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

DMZ, Third Tunnel, and observatory tour by this company was fantastic and superb. Highly recommend it. We were guided by the awesome Emily Lee - a gracious host who kept us informed, full of history and facts, and the tour rolling right on schedule. She is a great tour guide, and very knowledgeable! Excellent driver service on a nice bus and a great driver as well. Highly recommend their services if you are interested in touring the DMZ. 10/10!!!

Nemůžeme dostatečně vynachválit dnešní prohlídku DMZ (8. 11. 2025)! Emily i řidič autobusu byli velmi milí, ochotní a ohleduplní. Itinerář je skvěle připraven jak časově, tak organizačně. Žádné prostoje ani dlouhé čekání, vše proběhlo hladce a máme ty nejlepší zážitky! Emily je skvělá průvodkyně! Jsme moc rádi, že jsme s ní během našeho týdenního pobytu v Soulu absolvovali DMZ! Nancy was supposed to be my tour guide but was replaced by Emily due to her not feeling well. It must be fate coz Emily is excellent. Under Seoul's sweltering summer heat, the DMZ tour was truly unforgettable. Our guide, Emily, from VIP Travel is exceptional. Her professionalism and depth of knowledge stood out. She responded to even the most sensitive questions with grace and respect. But, it was her ability to maintain high energy and enthusiasm despite the intense heat and humidity that is remarkable. It is an experience of a lifetime, and am truly grateful to Emily, VIP Travel, and my fellow travellers for making it memorable.
