Highly Recommended! The bus picked us up from our hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter Area and transferred to a sleeper bus going to Sapa. We enjoyed the journey inside the Cat Cat Village although it is really tiring so you must prepare yourself for a long walk. There are many stores inside wherein you can buy souvenirs. We stayed at Sheraton Hotel and the room is nice with a city view... Special mention to our tour guide Ms Khu, for being so patient whenever I need to stop and rest my feet and catch some air...❤️ Overall 👍👍👍

The staff will contact you via social media, so please pay attention to phone and text notifications. The bus driver will stop at a rest area for passengers to use the restroom and will confirm the number of people before departing. Please note that eating on the bus is not allowed; please finish your breakfast before boarding. Upon arrival at the hotel, someone will arrange lunch, check-in, and explain the two-day itinerary. Then, you will go to Cat Village, which will be cold, so remember to bring a thicker jacket. There are many stairs, so please be careful when walking. If you want to explore freely, it's best to inform the tour guide, as there are many different tour groups. The second day is more like a free and easy tour; you will receive cable car tickets. Once inside, follow the signs. My bus back to Hanoi is at 2 PM, so it's best to return to the hotel by 12 PM to avoid rushing. Most villagers and staff may not speak English. If you need anything, get lost, or need them to pick you up, it's best to show them a photo or a translated message.

When we arrived, we were shocked by the hotel's condition. The room had a strong musty smell. Even after we reported it, nothing changed. (It was only when we decided to switch hotels that the front desk offered us another room.) When we arrived, there were six of us. Initially, they told us that the lunch for six was as shown in the picture. We were all stunned. We confirmed with the hotel multiple times, and they insisted it was correct. After 15 minutes, they brought out two more dishes, and only then did our surprising lunch ordeal end. The local guide for the waterfall village on the first day was very kind, patient, and took good care of everyone. On the second day, when we went to Fansipan, perhaps because he had another tour in the afternoon, we felt constantly rushed. It wasn't until a friend in our group said, "We're here to relax, we don't want to rush," that they stopped pressuring us. The scenery is beautiful, but I feel that the overall experience still needs improvement.

It's actually an amazing experience. My tour is very short; I hope I can stay for more than a week so that I might be able to discover and try more things. My trip is very short, and I think I left my mind in Sapa and Fansipan. It's a 10/10 for me. I will surely come back.

The village is home to the Hmong people, and as I wandered through its charming streets, I was greeted by friendly locals showcasing their traditional crafts. The vibrant colors of their textiles and the stunning terraced rice fields that surrounded the village made for an enchanting atmosphere.After exploring Cat Cat Village, I made my way to the Fansipan Legend Cable Car station. As I ascended to Fansipan Peak, the highest point in the Hoang Lien Son Range at 3,143 meters, the anticipation built with each passing moment. Once I reached the summit, the scenery was simply breathtaking.

You really must visit Sapa! Cat Cat Village is like another world, completely isolated. However, it was a bit rainy and there were stairs, so seniors really need to be extra careful! The houses are beautiful, there are water wheels and performances, and many people rent traditional costumes for photos. The atmosphere is absolutely wonderful!

Cultural performances and trekking opportunities offer a very nice experience. The terraced rice fields and cascading waterfalls add to the picturesque setting. Keep in mind that it can get crowded, but the unique cultural experience and stunning views make it a worthwhile visit.

The service was very thoughtful, and the pick-up and drop-off arrangements were excellent, making us feel very secure in an unfamiliar language environment. However, one area for improvement is that WhatsApp notifications were often last-minute. We had to proactively inquire about the meeting time and contact the hotel to arrange transfers. The hotel felt more like a large guesthouse; it was acceptably clean and tidy. The meals included different dishes each time, with three to four dishes plus a soup and white rice, which was very filling. We traveled by sleeper bus, which was very clean and comfortable, with adjustable backrests. Overall, the experience was good, though in December, the rainy weather brought heavy fog and low visibility.
