It was a fantastic tour from start to finish! It began on time, and Mai, our guide, was an absolute sweetheart. She guided us smoothly while giving us enough time to enjoy each stop at our own pace. Cat Cat Village is quite close, but be prepared for lots of stairs. Tiring but totally worth it! We had about an hour to explore before visiting an H’mong home, where Mai showed us how traditional clothes are handmade. Next was the Rainbow Slide. Another climb, but incredibly fun! You can even pay 100,000 VND for a cool drone shot. After a short walk, an e-buggy took us back to the parking area. Since many of us wanted to try the coaster, we headed there next. Go full throttle for maximum fun! Our last stop was Moana Café, a paradise for photos. We spent 1+ hours clicking pictures, with Mai helping us capture great shots. We ended with a refreshing drink.The cold coffee was excellent. Despite slightly hot weather, the tour was comfortable, and we were dropped back at Sapa Church on time.

Eu tive um dia maravilhoso visitando Moana, a vila Cat Cat e o trenó alpino (Alpine Coaster) com a Sumy. Ela foi atenciosa, profissional e incrivelmente conhecedora, com um inglês claro que a tornou uma excelente guia para viajantes do mundo todo. A vila Cat Cat foi o ponto alto, especialmente por aprender sobre a tecelagem tradicional de cânhamo, tingimento com índigo, artesanato local e as fascinantes tradições culturais das comunidades étnicas. A Sumy realmente se importa com seus clientes. Quando dois convidados tiveram preocupações sobre o passeio no trenó alpino, ela contatou imediatamente a empresa para relatar o problema. Sua gentileza e profissionalismo foram excepcionais. Recomendo muito a Sumy para quem visitar Sa Pa. Se você tiver a sorte de tê-la como guia, terá uma experiência maravilhosa! ❤️

It was a very fruitful morning. We were able to go to Catcat Village, Alpine Coaster and Moana Sapa in half a day and without worrying about the transportation going to and from places. In Catcat Village, we were able to take the rainbow slide. We also tried the local costume and had our photos taken by a photographer. After that we went to the Alpine Coaster and it was so fun. One ride is not enough. Lastly, we went to Moana. We were given a free drink. We also spent the time with our pictures take. Overall, it is was worth the price. We enjoyed the whole half day trip. Our guide is also the best. She is very kind and considerate.

I went on the Cat Cat Village Moana Tour and it truly exceeded my expectations 😊 The natural scenery was incredibly beautiful, and I could really experience the local atmosphere, so I think it will be a long-lasting memory. In particular, our guide, Vu, was so kind and provided such detailed explanations that the tour was even more enjoyable. He took great care of us throughout the journey and pointed out excellent photo spots, allowing us to create many wonderful memories 👍 Thanks to him, even though it was my first time in Cat Cat Village, it didn't feel unfamiliar at all, and I had a truly delightful trip. I highly recommend the Moana Tour to anyone considering it!

Our Sapa day tour had a rough start due to some joiners arriving late, but the agency handled it well by arranging a private tour for us—and the rest of the day was amazing! Our local guide, Cha, was friendly, knowledgeable, and spoke impressive English, which she learned mainly from tourists. Cat Cat Village gave us a beautiful glimpse of local life surrounded by mountains and nature. We also had so much fun on the Alpine Coaster! Special thanks to the crew who kindly helped retrieve my lost cap when I thought it was gone for good. Our last stop was Moana Sapa. Despite the long queues and some visitors trying to skip the line, Cha confidently stood up for our spot, which we truly appreciated. We ended the day with great experiences, beautiful photos, and unforgettable memories. Despite the rocky start, the tour was worth every penny and every minute—definitely one of the highlights of our Vietnam trip!

We really enjoyed this join-in tour. Our guide - Mai is fluent in English, knowledgeable and assisted us with group photos and ticket collection. She also gave us cute souvenir bracelets. We started at exactly 2pm and ended at 6:30 pm at Moana with free drinks. We enjoyed the alpine coaster (2nd stop) and were glad we tried it.

I took the 4 AM bus to Sapa and arrived at 10 AM. The 2 PM tour was perfect for exploring the different landmarks in Sapa. The operator messaged me the morning of for further details and the contact for my tour guide. My tour guide was Dua, and she was absolutely lovely! She is a local of Sapa and is very knowledgeable about the culture of Sapa. She communicates very well in English and seems to be well-known among the locals as well. I appreciate her friendliness and how she was able to narrate the culture and way of life of the indigenous group. She is very easy to relate to and talk to. Our driver was also quite skilled in navigating the roads of Sapa. I would absolutely recommend this tour, and I can wholeheartedly vouch for Dua. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic experience.
