Sebagai pencinta hewan, saya sangat menantikan perjalanan ini dan tidak mengecewakan! Semua hewan dirawat dengan sangat baik, fasilitasnya bersih, stafnya ramah, makanannya lumayan saya yakin mereka bisa memperbaikinya tetapi tidak ada yang perlu dikeluhkan. Secara keseluruhan pengalaman ini luar biasa dan saya tidak punya keluhan dan pasti akan merekomendasikannya. Bergaul dengan hewan adalah terapi terbaik. PS untuk 4 bintang dalam ukuran keamanan, mereka adalah hewan, mereka suka bermain kasar jadi perhatikan itu. Saya tidak terluka atau apa pun hanya goresan bermain biasa ❤️

The best place to start your vacation. Staff was kind and attentive. The babies were so cute, we didn't want to leave! The interior looks so good too, perfect for pictures!

It is worth it to purchase the entrance fee and have lunch there while you spend an afternoon hanging out with the doggies. There are 2 raccoons, but they are still kind of wild. I have yet to meet any chill raccoon. There are 2 cats, and they mostly nap inside the dog room; you can pet them. Upon entry, they will give a small kibble bag to feed the dogs. About 4-5 dogs are in the open area, and the rest are in the designated room. I enjoyed the dogs in the open area and the chihuahuas inside the room; they were the cutest and most docile dogs I ever met.

I rated it 5 stars because of the cute dogs. I had high expectations, but sadly, there was only one raccoon, one snake, four lazy cats, and a lot of dogs of different breeds. If it weren't for those cute dogs, we would have been bored and the money paid would have been completely wasted.

Great experience! Location: We took a cab from Seminyak PotatoHead, the drive was about 30mins or so with traffic. instructor: Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, they take care of the animals well, are attentive at cleaning up after them. There are about 15 dogs, 4 cats, 2 racoons and 1 snake. Facilities is clean, some smell is inevitable however it not overpowering or nasty. Cafe seems well stocked with pastries and a nice menu of drinks. The sitting and outside area is spacious
