Mercado Flutuante de Amphawa, Excursão de um Dia para Maeklong pela AK Travel

Maeklong train market was pretty cool - Lots of market vendors of seafood and souvenirs. Very cool to see train coming through. Amphawa Floating Market had many food places and souvenir shops. It was a private boat tour and it was interesting to see the fireflies.

A enjoyable experience at the train market, seeing the train coming and all the stall quickly giving way for the train to pass thru. The boat ride was so thrilling, night scenery was beautiful and watching the fireflies was a delightful experience. The pickup and drop off were on time and swift. Driver was nice and helpful. Recommended.

I had initially booked a plan without a tour guide, but since I was the only applicant and the tour couldn't proceed as planned, I was contacted and asked if I would be willing to switch to a plan with a tour guide that had enough participants and was scheduled to run. I was very grateful that they were able to change my booking to the tour guide option. The tour guide provided explanations in both Chinese and English, and although I wasn't very confident in my English skills, thanks to their careful guidance, I was able to participate all the way through to the final firefly viewing. Also, since it was a weekend, the Amphawa Floating Market was open, so I was grateful that they skipped the cafe stop and gave us more time at the Amphawa Market. At the Maeklong Market, I was able to see the train pass by twice, both on the way there and on the way back. I was satisfied with being able to shop at both markets, including Amphawa. Although the fireflies weren't flying around, I was able to observe them quietly lighting up at several spots, and since it was my first time seeing fireflies, I was glad to be able to see them successfully. The way they lit up was very beautiful.

很推薦的行程!!!!行程沒有導遊，但因為鐵道市集跟水上市場都是自己逛的，我覺得也不太需要導遊，司機很親切，每到一個點都會提醒幾分要集合，每個點留給大家逛街的時間都很夠，算是蠻悠閒舒服又不會覺得空虛的行程，螢火蟲的部分有點可惜，以為可以看到很多，但數量比較稀少，也可能是還沒到他們真的活躍的時間，比較像在玩尋找威力🤣

This place is difficult to reach on your own, so it was the right decision to book this tour. We were taken to the Maeklong Railway Market at a time when we could see the train twice. It wasn't firefly season, so we only saw a few, but being able to take a boat ride at dusk was wonderful.

這個旅程能讓人輕鬆體驗兩個離市區較遠的地方！旅行社安排的車輛十分舒適，司機送我們到景點後，給予足夠的時間讓我們逛逛，再到下一景點。 鐵路市場十分具特色，火車駛過時與攤檔的距離非常接近，是名符其實的近距離接觸！ 水上市場是讓我們在岸上逛，沒有坐船的。當地的餐廳價錢合理，海鮮夠新鮮，值得一試！ 當晚看到很多螢火蟲，船家亦特意在有螢火蟲的位置將船開慢些或停下來，讓大家拍照。

I am very satisfied with this trip. The meeting point was easy to find, and the transfer vehicle was comfortable. Most importantly, the Thai people who hosted us were very kind and wonderful. The two destinations we visited were also very fun, allowing us to deeply immerse ourselves in the local culture and experience Thai life. Overall, it was very worthwhile.

One of the best packages I've availed for this trio. AK Go Travel really impressed us. The tour guide was very accommodating and provided necessary information on the places we visited.

throughly enjoyed myself in this half day trip . went to 3 places . the floating market is not what I expected thou.. thought there will be some merchant selling on boat but all are sold on the floating platform
