Excellent food and service, the spa treatment is super relaxing and the therapist is kind and professional. The pool is indoors, which is lovely.

A wonderful experience! The entire environment was very relaxing, the staff were very friendly, and the masseuse's technique was excellent, making for a very comfortable afternoon.

The attitude was perfect. An impeccable treatment. Upon entering, the staff greeted us attentively, the food quality was excellent, and the pool view was superb.

The environment of this five-star hotel is excellent, and the service is very attentive and polite. The swimming pool is large, the massage is comfortable, and there are drinks and fruits available in the lounge area. It's highly recommended.

The main reason for the low rating is that the actual experience differed from the product description. Firstly, the spa facilities were under renovation, so there was no crystal steam room, no crescent-shaped aromatherapy experience shower, and no sauna. These facilities are usually exclusive to spa guests, ensuring high privacy; on previous visits, there were no other customers. This time, we could only use the public bath's dry/wet steam rooms, which were small and lacked the Victoria Harbour view. Additionally, the package included hot and cold stone massage, but after my back massage, when I turned over for the front, no hot or cold stones were used. When I asked the masseuse, she surprisingly asked me if I wanted them. I replied yes, and she then used hot stones on my shoulders for about five minutes, explaining that the treatment content is tailor-made and hot/cold stones might not always be used. My companion, who didn't ask, didn't have any hot or cold stones used throughout her entire treatment. Moreover, while the massage process was comfortable, the technique had deteriorated compared to before; it no longer had that amazing quality. The only thing that maintained its standard was the excellent service from all the staff – they were very attentive, friendly, proactive, and kind. They even decorated my companion's treatment room for her birthday, which was very thoughtful, and the poolside meal package tasted good. In summary, I chose The Peninsula for its spa facilities, and I chose the "Awakening Moon" package for its hot and cold stone massage. However, I was informed about the spa renovation only one day before the treatment, and for the hot and cold stones, I had to specifically request them. So, while the overall experience was pleasant and comfortable, it's undeniable that the value for money was low, and I felt somewhat deceived.

The environment is first-class, and the staff's attitude is very thoughtful and attentive. However, the masseur's technique was only average.

Superb. We really enjoyed the experience. The sauna and steam room in the women's area are broken though, but the jacuzzi and the pool are magnificent.

Spa and high tea are excellent. Except for the receptionist at the lounge lobby, I was checking with her regarding my package, and she replied that the high tea set I bought from Klook is located at the downstairs restaurant. So I went down to check the restaurant downstairs. However, the waitress downstairs said I should check with the lounge lobby because it is a high tea set and they do not serve high tea sets at this moment. Then I went back to the lounge lobby again and showed the details to the receptionist. Finally, they found my package request, but without any apologies. I was very disappointed with this situation, as The Peninsula is a six-star hotel, but they provided such poor service. Atmosphere:

The services are bad. I tried to reschedule due to a black rainstorm, but the receptionist was not helpful at all. The amenities are terrible; the cleansing milk had already gone bad, with oil and water layers separated. I think the little wooden comb is mainly for display. The button for “pour water on heater” inside the sauna room is super hot; I almost burned my finger, and there's no warning sign next to it. The best part would be the therapists; their technique is super good and professional.
