Extremely good experience started from their professional, polite and detail-minded staff. They had a thorough follow up and seamless arrangement. Besides, the atmosphere, smell, music, lighting and even temperature of the spa room are just perfect to make you relax. Food quality at The Drawing Room is up to standard. Swimming pool is a bit small but it's really enough for enjoying swimming. Overall, their service is very impressive.

The pool is nice, the spa only has a steam room but it's fine. The massage is great. The lunch set is of great value.

The environment is elegant, and the service in all aspects is impeccable. However, the food quality was mediocre, even poor. A five-star hotel's food plate had stains, the toothpicks were broken, the cappuccino had already collapsed by the time it reached the table, and the dessert even tasted sour, clearly spoiled. If it weren't for the restaurant manager's excellent attitude, I would have definitely complained. The spa facilities were decent, but unfortunately, there was no sauna, only a steam room. Fortunately, the pool water temperature was just right, and the masseuse's technique was superb, very comfortable.

The lunch quality at The Drawing Room is very high. I had it once last year, and this time it has improved even further. The entire lunch experience, including the service, was excellent. The spa quality was also very satisfying; the environment was great, and the therapist's pressure was just right. I feel it was excellent value for money and I will definitely repurchase.🫶🏻

My husband and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary with an excellent experience at the Regis. From welcome tea at reception, steam room, massage, set lunch through to departure. The service was impeccable. The massage itself was most relaxing and rather than follow a predictable routine I was impressed that the therapist, Angel, knew exactly which areas needed attention and tailored the massage accordingly, each stroke felt complete and not rushed. Afterwards, the set lunch was both tasty and beautifully put together. We chose the egg with seafood foam, Caesar salad with prawns, festive turkey with pistachio and foie gras, beef short ribs, followed by a dessert and a cup of tea. My husband also enjoys a good beef tartare so we decided to order it (in addition to the set lunch) and loved it. Overall, a fabulous experience and well worth it for a treat or special occasion.
