The foot massage was great. Very relaxing. The staff was pleasant and polite. The shampoo, shoulder, and neck massage was nice and included a face mask and blow dry.

We saw that there is herbal bath option here, which is rare after observing all the options on Klook and some physical stores in Hanoi. The price was also quite reasonable, we decided to have a herbal bath at this place before our late night train to Sapa as we just arrive Hanoi the same day. We think this is a good place for you to shower/wash up before a sleeper train or sleeper bus. The front desk guy was also really helpful and friendly. At first I was having some issue with the reservation timing on Klook but he slowly and patiently guided me through. He also offered us to dry our hair with their hair dryer after the bath. If you do not want the herbal bath option, they also have a shower option which you can book through rge physical store. Highly recommend getting a shower here before travelling.

Although the Google rating isn't as high as other establishments, I genuinely believe this place offers better value for money, more skilled massage therapists, and higher aesthetic appeal. It's highly recommended.

Loved it! The therapists who treated us were both wonderful. Every minute was worth it and they didn't waste any time. I felt relaxed the whole time. My hair smelled really nice and was really soft and smooth after the treatment.

We were so relaxed, and it's cheap compared to our country. Although I was looking for more head massage, it was more about shampooing and shoulder massage. We still enjoyed it anyway. I'll probably try other services they offer :) Thank you!

I only had a foot exfoliation, which was very ordinary and finished quickly. Perhaps trying other services would be more impactful. I arrived on time but still waited ten minutes. The front desk staff deserve praise; they were very polite, courteous, and welcoming with a smile.

Went with my boyfriend. The front desk staff (a gentleman) spoke excellent English and was very polite and courteous. However, there was a discrepancy in service; he asked me about the intensity of the massage and also helped with face washing and hair oil application. But he didn't offer any of these services to my boyfriend, which was quite strange.

You can easily find it using the GPS location they provided. There's no need to search extensively. Simply look for LA Spa as per the GPS. They are clean and offer good services.

The original branch we booked was fully booked, so they referred us to the next nearest one. Our massage therapists were very good, and the experience was very relaxing. Thank you also to the receptionist who accommodated us; he could speak English well enough to be understood. I will definitely recommend this spa.

Both the male staff and the female therapists greeted me with a smile, which was very pleasant. The strong massage left me feeling refreshed. They checked in with me regularly to make sure the pressure was okay.
