Excellent food, the quality of the food exceeded expectations, offering great value for money. This restaurant is a must-book. The service is top-notch; after our meal, the manager bowed to us as we left, treating us like regulars. Highly recommended.

The location is easy to find, and the staff's service attitude is excellent. The wagyu beef quality is guaranteed. In addition to the set menu, since it was my friend's birthday, I also ordered a meat cake. Besides a birthday plaque, the cake also came with sparklers – the effect was a wonderful surprise!

El servicio fue atento, los camareros hablaban inglés con fluidez, el ambiente era moderno y acogedor, y la variedad, calidad y cantidad del Wagyu fueron perfectas y valieron el precio. Tuvimos que añadir a dos personas más a última hora y nos acomodaron con gusto. We ordered the most expensive package. The food portion was quite generous, and the staff was also friendly. If you are a meat lover and enjoy Japanese BBQ, this is a restaurant you might consider. The main reason I chose this one over other Japanese BBQ restaurants on Klook is that their meal sets do not include animal organs.

Disappointed — Paid Much More Through Klook Than In-Person I’m very unhappy with my recent purchase through Klook. I paid ¥13,900 for a restaurant booking via their platform, but when I arrived, I found that the exact same meal would have cost only ¥9,000 if I had just dined in without any reservation through Klook. That means I paid almost 50% more by booking through Klook — completely opposite of what I expected. The whole point of using a platform like this is to save money or at least get a comparable deal, not to be charged significantly more. When I raised the issue with Klook, their response was basically that prices can differ because of "service charges, currency conversion, processing fees," and that "walk-in promotions" may exist. However, this was not clearly stated at the time of purchase, and I was offered no refund or compensation. To be fair, the food and service at the restaurant were very good. However, the pricing issue completely overshadowed what should have been a pleasant experience. If you are considering using Klook, I highly recommend you check the walk-in prices at the restaurant first. Otherwise, you may end up paying way more than you should. Extremely disappointed and will be much more cautious before using Klook again.

A very delicious restaurant with a rich set meal. The taste isn't too strong after eating, a restaurant I really like.
