ShabuZen em Ginza - Hotpot e Sukiyaki japoneses

My first sukiyaki experience was on the 32nd floor of a Tokyo hotel. The night view was beautiful, with sparkling lights. Due to an unforeseen circumstance, we arrived 30 minutes later than our reservation. We called the restaurant on the way, and thankfully, they still held our table. However, they reminded us that the restaurant closed at 9 PM, leaving us about an hour, so we decided to go anyway! Their service was excellent. Knowing we didn't have much time, a server quickly helped us start the hotpot, whisk eggs, and cooked two slices of beef for us to eat. Every server was very polite and attentive. When they saw we were almost finished with our meat and vegetables, they would proactively ask if we needed more. The supply of meat and vegetables was continuous, and the Kuroge Wagyu beef was incredibly fragrant and delicious. If I visit Tokyo again, I will definitely go back. This experience created wonderful memories, and I am grateful for the care provided by all the servers.

The food is very good, the beef, vegetables and rice are all-you-can-eat, the reception is very nice, especially the view from the restaurant is so good 😊.

The environment was excellent, located on the 32nd floor. The restaurant arranged for us to sit by the window, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal with the beautiful view. Although we had domestic beef this time instead of Wagyu, the quality of the beef was not bad at all 👍🏾, it was delicious. The only minor drawback was that the restaurant's address stated St. Luke's Tower, but you actually need to take the elevator up from the adjacent hotel. You cannot access it from the St. Luke's Tower elevator lobby. Although the voucher mentioned going up from the hotel side, if you accidentally overlooked it, you would definitely spend some time figuring out how to get up. Overall, it was definitely a worthwhile experience 👍🏾

The restaurant's ambiance is excellent, and the night view of Sumida River is particularly beautiful. The service staff are also very friendly. Although the location is by the river, inaccessible by subway, it's only a 10-minute taxi ride from Ginza. And the food, needless to say, the Kuroge Wagyu beef melts in your mouth; even the leaner cuts are incredibly tender. I highly recommend it to everyone.

This sukiyaki set meal truly surprised us! Plus, it's all-you-can-eat, so we could keep ordering beef, and the quality of the meat was excellent. Ordering multiple times didn't affect the food quality. The staff were very friendly; even when we requested white rice, eggs, or special vegetable combinations, they were able to provide them. We will definitely go again.

Located on the 32nd floor of the hotel, it offers a very luxurious feel. The reception staff can speak a little Chinese, and there's also a Chinese menu available. Apart from drinks, which are self-paid, everything else was delicious and very filling. It's an all-you-can-eat sukiyaki.

The food is excellent. This is our first time trying shabu-shabu in a high-end restaurant. We were served four appetizers before the main meal. The food is high quality, and the service is superb. Our server explained the proper way to eat shabu-shabu. We enjoyed it!

The environment is beautiful and comfortable, and the Tokyo night view is stunning. The service is also excellent; they constantly ask if you need more food, never making you feel like you've ordered too much, and they clear plates very quickly. Highly recommended!

This is my second time eating here. Last time I chose the Wagyu sukiyaki, and this time I had the domestic beef shabu-shabu. Both types of beef are excellent 👍👍, great value for money, and the service and environment are also very good 👍. Plus, my teeth don't feel sticky after eating 👍👍.
