Excursão de dia inteiro para grupos pequenos a Auschwitz-Birkenau saindo de Cracóvia

Initial pick up was supposed to be at 11:30, then pushed back at 12:35pm. The shuttle bus was late picking me up at 12:40. I then spent 50mins riding in the bus picking up others and we got to the main bus at 1:30pm. I asked to use to toilet and the driver gave me an attitude saying he’d give me 2 mins or he’d leave without me. when I got on the bus there was one seat left next to this gentleman who was coughing and hawking the whole way from start to finish. and now after 2 days I’ve caught the flu, possibly from him. the tour itself was amazing and the guide was thorough but that transfer was disappointing. I could have made my way to the main bus had they let me know where it was as it wasn’t far.

You receive a confirmation on your phone shortly before the tour. They pick you up and drop back. Hassle free. I would recommend this tour if you are around Krakow. Our guide was also very nice, took us through the history and details.

it a very good one, a very good tour. The meeting point was easy to get and comfortable transportation.

Let's start with the positives: the driver was excellent, very polite, spoke good English, and the private car was a luxurious new Mercedes-Benz. However, there were many drawbacks, mainly including: 1. Despite booking in advance, no one called to confirm the departure time. The order description showed both 6:00 AM and 6:45 AM, and we only found out at the time of departure that it was 6:00 AM. When the driver arrived, we were still asleep. 2. The tour guide was not very professional, repeatedly explaining the same points throughout the tour. 3. Most annoyingly, the tour guide was constantly rushing us, not allowing us enough time to properly look at things. They walked extremely fast, and if we paused even briefly, we would immediately lose sight of the group. At the end, the dismissal was not clearly communicated; we went to the restroom and when we came out, the guide was already gone.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the tour guide's narration. I was halfway through the trip and was already eavesdropping on another tour guide who was not part of this group telling a story. If you want a group that includes pick-up and drop-off, you can choose this. But if you want to have a good travel experience in Auschwitz, please definitely don’t choose this. I would come back to Auschwitz one more time but would definitely choose a different team, it was a terrible experience and I learned absolutely nothing from it.

The time of the tour was changed from 11 AM to 1.15 PM by informing just one day in advance. We had to reschedule our plan and stay an extra night in Krakow. Also it was supposed to be a private tour. Whereas only transportation was private and we were made to join a big group later
