We book a private custom tour, and it was the best plan ever. Irene our guide was awesome, she was in contact with me 1 week prior to get an idea of what we wanted to do, she put it together and we loved it. We had such a good time we booked her a second day! Great guide, but avoid public holidays! We had a wonderful day exploring Busan with Grace! She was right on time and incredibly helpful. We had done some cultural research beforehand, so we loved hearing her overview of Busan's history and her personal stories of growing up in the area. Because we visited during a public holiday, heavy traffic and long queues meant we had to skip Dongbaek Island. A tip for future travelers: avoid public holidays if possible! Traffic will slow you down, and the company charges extra fees for going over the 8-hour limit. Highly recommend Grace as a guide!

Everything went smoothly for the trip. The driver was good, and it was a private tour with Irene, who arranged everything for us. She can speak both English and Mandarin. She also took amazing photos of our family. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a private Busan tour.

We were a group of 5, including 2 elderly, and our Busan tour went really smoothly. Both Miss Irene and Mia were so kind and accommodating the whole time. They made sure everyone was comfortable, especially our seniors, and shared a lot of interesting stories about each place we visited. Everything was well organized and stress-free. Irene and the driver were incredible! They provided great details about Busan's history and were very flexible in accommodating our family's requests, with ages ranging from 10 to 55! This was definitely the best tour we've had so far during our travels in Japan and Korea. Plus, the ride was super comfortable. Despite the rain, it was a great experience.
