Desde el momento en que conocimos a Jake, supimos que estábamos en excelentes manos. Llegó puntual al lugar de recogida, esperándonos a las 9:45 a.m. Viajaba con mi hija de 8 años, y Jake hizo todo lo posible para asegurarse de que ella se sintiera incluida durante todo el día. Ella tenía un sinfín de preguntas y le encantaba compartir sus historias con él, y él escuchó con genuina amabilidad, calidez y entusiasmo. Durante todo el recorrido, Jake nos presentó algunos de los lugares más hermosos de Busan mientras compartía la historia, la cultura y las historias detrás de cada parada de la ciudad. Es conocedor, divertido, accesible y un excelente narrador. Su inglés es sobresaliente, lo que hizo que cada conversación fuera fácil y agradable. Sin duda, este recorrido fue lo más destacado de nuestro viaje a Corea del Sur. Si estás considerando reservar este recorrido, no lo dudes ni un segundo. No te arrepentirás. Fue realmente una experiencia de 10 sobre 10, y no puedo recomendar a Jake lo suficiente.

Absolument incroyable! Tant de belles vues et notre guide était très compétent, partageant beaucoup d'histoire intéressante tout au long de la journée. L'itinéraire était bien planifié et tout le monde était si amical. Je le recommande vivement!

Tuvimos un tiempo súper divertido con Jake como nuestro guía. Fue muy informativo, servicial y nos llevó de forma segura a todos los puntos de control. El itinerario fue bueno y sabíamos que nos esperaba un día largo con muchos puntos destacados, pero estábamos bastante cansados cuando llegamos a las últimas dos paradas. En total, todavía caminamos alrededor de 16,000 pasos, ¡así que definitivamente usen zapatos cómodos!

Alice was great! Very helpful and accommodating. The yacht ride was the best. The itinerary was a bit too rushed, but I guess there was no choice as there were so many places in one day. I suggest cutting down to one cultural village.

Busan tour was so good! It was slightly raining, yet we had an amazing time. The yacht tour was the highlight. We got 2 Polaroid photos complementary. Our guide Charles, was super helpful. He gave great insights as a local. Instead of Daritdol observatory, we were taken to Songdo beach and cable car (own expense). It was a great decision! Do not miss Songdo cable car. The place where we had lunch was too good! Highly recommended trip

We had a wonderful day tour in Busan, and our tour guide, Kent, made the experience even more enjoyable. He provided very detailed explanations at every location we visited, sharing interesting history, culture, and local insights that helped us better appreciate each attraction. Kent was also extremely patient, friendly, and helpful throughout the trip. He was always willing to answer questions, assist guests when needed, and made sure everyone was comfortable and well taken care of. The itinerary was well organized, and thanks to Kent’s professionalism and enthusiasm, the tour was both informative and enjoyable. I highly recommend booking this trip. You’ll see so much in such little day and everything is taken care off. my tour guide was Daniel Ji and he’s an actual charm, such a lovely person and the best photographer too. He will tell you all about the sites you’ll visit and gives you tips on how to pose for pictures which was nice as well. His communication skills are superb and he’s fluent in many languages. I’ve seen so many things today and I’m very grateful to have him as my guide for the day.

The Busan day tour booked through KLOOK was an excellent experience, and our guide Daniel deserves full marks. The entire itinerary was very well-planned, from the morning visit to Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, Cheongsapo Daritdol Skywalk, and Sky Capsule, to the afternoon yacht tour, Gamcheon Culture Village, and Huinnyeoul Culture Village... culminating in enjoying the night view at Lavalse Sky Cafe. Each stop was seamlessly connected, with no feeling of being rushed, and the pace was just right. Daniel was very professional; not only did he explain things clearly, but he also proactively helped everyone optimize their touring time and photo spots, making the whole experience more efficient and enjoyable. What impressed me most was his thoughtfulness and consideration—it was a bit cold that day, and he spontaneously lent his jacket to a female companion. Such attention to detail really adds value and makes one feel very at ease. This was a high-quality tour with both excellent itinerary design and service experience. The tour with Story Tour (Daniel's team) was wonderful, I highly recommend it. The itinerary was followed to a T, and our tour guide Daniel showed us some cool spots to take pictures. It reduces the wandering around not knowing where you're going. I met lovely people from different parts of the world. Daniel took us to this cool seafood restaurant. The itinerary was fully met by the end of the day. The sky capsule and yacht tour was my highlight; Daniel took the initiative to queue for us, making it easy to ride even though it was fully packed.

Busan was beautiful! What really made the trip was the amazing tour guide Ken. His knowledge of history was well told and he had great recommendations for lunch. He made us laugh and got us through 7 different places in Busan with ease. If his career as a tour guide doesn’t pan out (highly doubtful) he’s also a great photographer lol overall highly recommend this tour!
