It was a pleasant and wonderful experience. Highly recommend to all tourists. Our tour guide, Ms. Jenny, was very helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure to have Ms. Jenny as our tour guide. Mr. Kim, our liaison person, was also very helpful by guiding us in planning the itinerary. We will definitely book the same package with the same company again in the future when we return to Busan.

The manager messaged me a week before the trip to plan our itinerary wisely. Mr. Kim suggested places we could visit that are great for first-time tourists to Busan. Our driver, Mr. Jung, was very friendly; he went with us to Jagalchi Market to avoid being "ripped off." His van was spacious, and we were able to comfortably sit and rest while traversing the beautiful place. We had a great day in Busan because of all these preparations. We would definitely use and recommend their service in the future.

We had the best driver/guide (Kim)! He was punctual and very accommodating. He contacted me immediately upon booking to confirm the itinerary. He gave great recommendations and helped us plan so we could maximize our day and we were able to go to all the places we wanted to. He also gave fun facts during the car ride. He was very considerate, especially to my parents who were already seniors and my aunt who was in a wheelchair- he would park nearer the entrance or the toilets, and gave alternatives to places where it would be difficult to walk across. My entire family enjoyed and had the best time in Busan. Highly recommend this service!

Car arrived on time and the driver drove nicely. He introduced us to a really delicious cold noodle place which was wonderful. We had fun and would definitely use it again.

Our tour guide, Jin Jinshi, was incredibly nice! After getting on the bus, she would confirm what we wanted for lunch and recommend good restaurants, booking our meals in advance so we could eat immediately upon arrival. She managed the time perfectly. She explained the attractions in detail, helped everyone take photos, and shared Korean culture with us during the drive. After the tour, she even gave us souvenirs. The value for money was excellent, thumbs up!

El conductor asignado fue el Sr. Jin. Fue puntual y nos dio algunas indicaciones y lugares para almorzar. Nos llevaron al mercado de Gijang para almorzar cangrejo real. El cangrejo estaba delicioso pero era caro y pasamos casi 2 horas allí. Como excedimos las horas del tour (8 horas), nos dejaron en nuestro último destino y tuvimos que buscar nuestro propio camino de regreso al hotel. La experiencia general estuvo bien si no quieres las molestias de usar el transporte público.

It takes about 3 hours to travel round trip from Busan to Gyeongju. We booked an 8-hour tour, which was a bit short on time. However, our driver, Mr. Chen, was very friendly and provided simple introductions to the attractions. On the way back, to avoid traffic, we arrived at the hotel half an hour early, which was a slight pity. But it saved us the trouble of carrying luggage and long-distance travel, and we didn't have to worry about transportation issues. It was very convenient and relaxing! The overall experience was great! We would consider a similar itinerary next time.

Driver was polite and professional. The ride was comfortable and it was okay to add an additional route to the journey. The driver was also kind enough to walk us to the spot if the van was parked a bit further from the location.

The driver speaks Chinese, so communication was not an issue. He also introduced us to the historical sites and characteristics of Korea, and even took us to try the 'Emperor's Set Meal'. It was a very worthwhile trip.
