Our guide Roy was very knowledgeable and his driving was excellent. The tour was meant to be a small group but we got lucky and had the car to ourselves. The day was extremely hot and sunny and I do not think we would've managed even two of those locations by ourselves in a day so it was very good value for money. It would have been difficult to navigate public transport in the summer heat. It would have been good to stay a bit longer at some locations but if you want to pack a lot of sights in then this is the tour you want to take. 5 stars!!!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience on this guided tour of Busan. A big part of that was our guide, Roy. He was friendly, calm, and extremely knowledgeable. Throughout the day he shared interesting history, local and fun facts you just don't get touring around on your own. He pointed out landmarks along the drives which unlocked spots we hadn't planned to visit until then. One suggestion was Gwangalli Beach later that evening to see the drone. We took the advice and it was one of our favorite memories from Busan! The hotel pickup/dropoff was one of the main things I looked for during booking, it not only made the day easier for us logistically but it had us stress-free and able to see more of the city in one day. We chose the package that included cable cars and sky and that was absolutely the BEST decision. The views were incredible and well worth it. If you are considering this tour, I highly recommend it. If you're lucky to get Roy as your guide, I know it will be a great day!

The most important part - Aiga, our English speaking guide. It was a warm welcome right from the start. Loved the story telling along the way, filling us with the cultural background, history and insiders info on each attraction and food stop. Easy pace, just about right in every place.

I booked this tour for my family of four because I saw that they picked you up right at your hotel. I also loved that the tour was really private. Roy was so friendly, accommodating, and ensured that our scheduled itinerary went smoothly and was so efficient. We honestly would not have had enough time to do all that we saw in one day if it wasn't for this tour. Convenience is key when traveling to a place that you are not familiar with. I appreciated the fact that we were able to maximize our time here in Busan with Roy. He was also knowledgeable and gave us so much history and context on the places we visited today. We would definitely do it all over again and book with Roy for our family travels!

We had a fantastic experience! Toti, our tour guide, was extremely helpful, from assisting with small negotiations to recommending good shopping spots. The best part was his help with queuing and negotiating with the air cruise staff for our private air cruise experience! (Shh🤫... we chose the non-private air cruise. Cheat code: sometimes it's up to the staff how they arrange a maximum of 8 people per cruise. Of course, it depends on the crowd; during peak hours, I guess there's no chance). My wife and I enjoyed every moment... and to Toti, thank you, brother!

Even though the itinerary was packed with many locations, we never felt rushed and were given ample time to explore each site. We had a wonderful trip visiting seven famous attractions in Busan. Everything was perfectly arranged. I was especially impressed with our tour guide, Sophie Park—she was lovely, friendly, and very enthusiastic 🫶🏻. Our group of six wanted to try seafood at a traditional fish market, and she recommended an excellent spot with fresh and delicious seafood. From the very beginning of the tour, his calm and respectful nature made the entire journey comfortable and enjoyable for all of us. One moment that truly stood out was when we were unable to book the Sky Capsule tickets online. Mr. Roy went out of his way and did his best to arrange the tickets for us, ensuring we didn’t miss out on that experience. That effort meant a lot to us. Apart from that, he managed the entire itinerary perfectly, showing us all the planned places right on schedule while also sharing insightful information about each location.
