Booking with Touringo was the smartest thing we did in Busan! Roy navigated the city effortlessly in his van, making it so easy to get from the hills of Gamcheon Culture Village all the way to the Cheongsapo Sky Capsule. Having a comfortable ride meant we had plenty of energy to explore the vibrant chaos of Jagalchi Market and grab street food at BIFF Square without feeling exhausted. Songdo Beach was a lovely, relaxing stop in between. Roy is a top-notch guide who truly takes care of his guests.

Busan one-day trip was incredibly fulfilling! Special thanks to our guide Toti for the thoughtful companionship throughout: we rode the dreamy capsule train along the coast, found peace and prayed at Haedong Yonggung Temple, feasted at Jagalchi Fish Market, visited Gamcheon Culture Village to see the colorful fairy tale and the Little Prince, overlooked the blue sea from the Songdo transparent cable car, and enjoyed a relaxing break at a popular cafe. Toti's explanations were vivid, and the arrangements were meticulous; the itinerary was packed but not tiring, leaving us with abundant wonderful memories. Highly recommended!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience on this guided tour of Busan. A big part of that was our guide, Roy. He was friendly, calm, and extremely knowledgeable. Throughout the day he shared interesting history, local and fun facts you just don't get touring around on your own. He pointed out landmarks along the drives which unlocked spots we hadn't planned to visit until then. One suggestion was Gwangalli Beach later that evening to see the drone. We took the advice and it was one of our favorite memories from Busan! The hotel pickup/dropoff was one of the main things I looked for during booking, it not only made the day easier for us logistically but it had us stress-free and able to see more of the city in one day. We chose the package that included cable cars and sky and that was absolutely the BEST decision. The views were incredible and well worth it. If you are considering this tour, I highly recommend it. If you're lucky to get Roy as your guide, I know it will be a great day!

Lisa is very friendly and her Mandarin is excellent. Huge thanks to the agency for arranging this, as it allowed my mother to fully engage with the tour. Even though the itinerary was packed with many locations, we never felt rushed and were given ample time to explore each site. This is a highly recommended tour for those with limited time in Busan and want to see the city's best scenic landmarks.

Our guide Roy was very knowledgeable and his driving was excellent. The tour was meant to be a small group but we got lucky and had the car to ourselves. The day was extremely hot and sunny and I do not think we would've managed even two of those locations by ourselves in a day so it was very good value for money. It would have been difficult to navigate public transport in the summer heat. It would have been good to stay a bit longer at some locations but if you want to pack a lot of sights in then this is the tour you want to take. 5 stars!!!

The most important part - Aiga, our English speaking guide. It was a warm welcome right from the start. Loved the story telling along the way, filling us with the cultural background, history and insiders info on each attraction and food stop. Easy pace, just about right in every place.

We had a fantastic experience! Toti, our tour guide, was extremely helpful, from assisting with small negotiations to recommending good shopping spots. The best part was his help with queuing and negotiating with the air cruise staff for our private air cruise experience! (Shh🤫... we chose the non-private air cruise. Cheat code: sometimes it's up to the staff how they arrange a maximum of 8 people per cruise. Of course, it depends on the crowd; during peak hours, I guess there's no chance). My wife and I enjoyed every moment... and to Toti, thank you, brother!

We enjoyed a fabulous day with Roy who is a Busan local and was happy to share lots of local knowledge and information. The day was not rushed and we had a good amount of time at each tour stop. We would 100% recommend this tour and Roy as a great tour guide.

From the very beginning of the tour, his calm and respectful nature made the entire journey comfortable and enjoyable for all of us. One moment that truly stood out was when we were unable to book the Sky Capsule tickets online. Mr. Roy went out of his way and did his best to arrange the tickets for us, ensuring we didn’t miss out on that experience. That effort meant a lot to us. Apart from that, he managed the entire itinerary perfectly, showing us all the planned places right on schedule while also sharing insightful information about each location. We are genuinely impressed with his professionalism, approach, and kind behavior throughout the tour. It was a pleasure traveling with him.
