The service was awesome. They cater to many sizes, and even though my mum decided not to go ahead with it at the last minute, they didn't show any unhappiness and weren't forceful or pushy with upselling. I will definitely return to them again when I'm back!

The staff were very attentive, and the hair decorations were beautiful. There was a wide selection, and the shop was easy to find, close to Arashiyama Station. It was very convenient for visiting the bamboo forest.

Regular kimonos are pretty, but it's more beneficial to pay extra and wear a beautiful kimono! Especially with the various hairstyles they offer, they do your hair in a comfortable atmosphere. The owner speaks Korean well, so it was easy to communicate. It snowed a lot, and the owner even lent us an umbrella~
The stylist was incredibly skilled and talented; I was very satisfied with the hairstyle she created for me.
