I recently experienced the dinner buffet at Hotel Nikko Saigon! As rumored, there were mountains of fresh lobster, crab, and oysters, and I was particularly impressed by the high quality of the seafood. The sushi and desserts were also plentiful and delicious, making it easy to overeat. The calm atmosphere and the staff's attentive service were also pleasant, allowing me to enjoy my meal at a leisurely pace. I confidently recommend this buffet for special occasion dinners or when you want to indulge a little.

There was an overwhelming variety of dishes, including seafood, meat, noodles, salads, appetizers, and desserts. You could order freshly prepared noodles and teppanyaki. The seating was spacious, creating a lovely hotel restaurant atmosphere. There was also a Taiwan Fair happening, with several Taiwanese dishes on the menu. Beer and wine were all-you-can-drink, and there was a bar corner. Although the price was high, the service and atmosphere were excellent, making it highly recommended for a luxurious dinner.

The staff is very attentive. We ate 3 lobsters per person. The prawn tempura is of high Japanese restaurant grade. The way they cook the crab without removing the organs first makes it mushy, hence a lot of people complain that it is not fresh. On Monday and Tuesday, they offer lobster sashimi, which my wife loves. Out of the 12 pieces of lobster that we ordered, only one was not that fresh, which is understandable. The food quality is high, and I highly recommend trying this buffet. There is a free flow of wine, beer, and other beverages. Coffee is from a coffee machine. They even have wagyu beef, but I don't eat beef.
