This has been the best lunch I have had with Saigon. This location is near the riverfront. I am truly grateful for the hospitality of the staff, and the food was superb. Thank you so much for that experience.

This is the Lotte Hotel buffet, part of the Lotte Group in Korea. As expected from a 5-star hotel, it boasts a clean and luxurious design, and the staff provide excellent service with smiling faces. You can enjoy Korean, Vietnamese, and Western dishes here. Especially during dinner, ordered items like lobster or crab are usually delivered to your table twenty to thirty minutes after ordering. Or, more often than not, the ordered items are not delivered at all. Therefore, it is highly recommended to only use the lunch menu. The taste, needless to say, is superb.

The food is incredibly delicious and clean. For meat, there's beef, pork, and chicken. There's also sashimi and steamed fish, along with a variety of other dishes like pizza and seafood. The kimchi, kkakdugi (diced radish kimchi), and salad are especially tasty. The dessert bar after the meal also boasts an excellent selection, from cakes to fruits and various teas. Oh, and there's Vietnamese pho, so it's an opportunity to taste Korea, Europe, and Vietnam all in one place. You should definitely try it.

I've often had lunch here, and this was my second time for dinner. You can think of it as the lunch menu with lobster added and a few other seafood items, but the lobster here is top-notch. It truly makes you exclaim that it's a 5-star hotel. Even just two lobsters make it great value for money~~~ there's no reason not to go!

I went to the seafood buffet at LOTTE Hotel, which I had been looking forward to during my stay in Ho Chi Minh City. It turned out to be an excellent choice! The first thing that catches your eye is the abundance of fresh lobsters, oysters, crabs, and shrimp... the variety is simply incredible. It's an irresistible lineup for seafood lovers. Beautifully arranged on ice, it looks luxurious from the start. There were also freshly grilled seafood options and a corner where you could choose your preferred sauce, allowing for a wide range of flavors. Beyond seafood, there was also a rich selection of sushi, meat dishes, and desserts. The desserts, in particular, were delightful, with an exquisite combination of Vietnamese tropical fruits and Western pastries, leaving me completely satisfied until the very end. The staff's service was also wonderful; they explained the dishes and cleared plates at just the right time, making for a pleasant dining experience. The atmosphere was calm, and dining while gazing at the night view felt a bit special. I highly recommend this buffet to anyone looking for a slightly luxurious meal in Ho Chi Minh City. It offers great value for money and was a perfect addition to my travel memories!

This is a place where you can taste Korean kimchi and gat-kimchi (mustard leaf kimchi) among a variety of food menus. The menu is diverse, including Vietnamese pho, Korean fusion dishes, and several types of sashimi such as salmon sashimi, as well as seafood. The kindness and service are like those of a 5-star hotel itself. We highly recommend you try it.
