The hotel is very conveniently located for transportation, with a direct subway exit from the airport station leading straight to the hotel. From the hotel, it's also very close by subway to One Avenue Mall, the latest One Avenue East, and Happy Harbor, so you don't have to worry about sun or rain during your entire journey.

This time I chose Hyatt when booking a hotel on Klook. I've previously stayed at InterContinental, Pullman, Crowne Plaza, Hilton, etc. I recommend choosing hotels managed by international brands, as the service is generally guaranteed to a certain extent.

The hotel is very good, clean, and offers excellent service. It's conveniently located near a subway station, making travel easy, and check-in was quick.

On Valentine's Day, the buffet dinner guests' tables were beautifully decorated, and they received roses. There was also a live singer, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The chef even presented volcano ice cream to each table, which was a delightful surprise. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating when we requested a room on a higher floor. The hotel's location, connected to the airport MTR station, makes transportation very convenient. Breakfast was abundant, and the staff were polite. I love hot tea, and they specially brewed a pot for me, which I greatly appreciated.

The hotel is directly connected to Bao'an Airport Passenger Terminal, and it only takes a 10-minute walk to reach the check-in lobby. You can also choose a room facing the airport runway and apron to enjoy the views of planes taking off and landing. The soundproofing of the glass windows is excellent, so sleep is not affected by flight take-offs and landings at all. The accommodation package includes a very rich dinner and breakfast, with a wide variety of options suitable for both local and international tastes.

When booking, it said the pool was open 24 hours, but the hotel said it was only open from 10 AM to 10 PM. The information was misleading and disrupted our plans. This five-star hotel still has room for improvement; I suggest replacing the hairdryer.

This experience has truly changed my perception of the Hyatt brand. It's the first time I've had such a terrible experience with a 4-star hotel's buffet dinner and breakfast. I don't think I'll ever patronize a Hyatt hotel again.
