Guiado por Emi, uma cozinheira local apaixonada, você começará sua aventura em um estúdio aconchegante perto da estação. Depois de conhecer seu anfitrião, você arregaçará as mangas e mergulhará na criação de tudo do zero: amassando à mão os noodles udon, preparando dashi, fritando tempurá crocante e dobrando guioza com seu recheio preferido—carne de porco moída, camarão ou vegetais. Quando tudo estiver pronto, sente-se para desfrutar de sua refeição artesanal juntos. Você também receberá um livreto de receitas em inglês para que possa recriar os pratos em casa. Durante as movimentadas estações de primavera e outono, o estúdio tende a encher rapidamente—então, grupos de três ou mais pessoas são incentivados a reservar com antecedência.

Emi was a wonderful teacher. My 15 year old daughter and I enjoyed cooking side by side in wonderful conversation with a hot cup of tea. We felt right at home! Emi was great at communicating with us. She provided clear traveling instructions and shared the recipe for cooking udon, gyoza, and tempura. I would highly recommend this class!

Lovely private Japanese cooking class. Emi was very lovely and friendly, she was very attentive explaining all the steps as well as taking care of every detail. At the end we had a lovely chat with her about Japanese culture and we learned some interesting detail. Highly recommend if you want to learn how to cook some Japanese dishes in a friendly and familiar environment:)
Our lesson was with Emi, she is amazing! Her conversational English is great and she is such a pleasure to be around. We found ourselves wanting to continue our conversations with her even after our meal was done. Emi is so welcoming. We would do another class with her in a heartbeat!
