The staff are very accommodating and understanding. We got late from our appointment because we got lost multiple times in the subway station but they still considered us. They helped us got dressed in multiple layers of clothings and they even did my hair. We were late in returning the kimonos as well but they still waited on us. We availed the couple kimono rental in a very affordable price. All in all it was an amazing experience!

Ideal shop for express Kimono wear, with decent hairdo. Done outfits and hairdo within 40 minutes. unlike my last 2 Kimono experiences which gave more authentic feel. Not many kimono choices, luckily we managed to get our ideal prints. Love love love. 🥰 Highly recommended for value and hairdo. 🌸🌸🌸

This was my 3rd time wearing a kimono, and this was by far the best shop i've tried. It had fewer choices than other shops I've been to, but the price is great and there are separate curtained compartments for changing. In the other 2 shops I have tried, you need to take off your clothes in one big room with everyone else. It's not a very comfortable thing for most people i think. The hairdressing was also very elaborate and artistic. The employees were very dedicated in doing what they can to perfect the look.

(1) Location: Extremely satisfied. It's conveniently located on the first floor, right in front of Kyoto Station. (2) Service: The owner, an uncle, was kind. Also, the staff who helped with dressing had that unique calm demeanor typical of Kyoto people, which made me, an 'I' on the MBTI, feel comfortable. However, the skill of the dressing staff varied from person to person. My kimono and hair were perfect, but my friend's kimono and hair were a 2-star rating (?). Anyway, if something looks off, be sure to ask them to fix it! For example, if the collar is crooked or the hair is messy, definitely ask them to redo it. (3) Price: Excellent value for money. Including hair, it was 30,000 won with a late return time of 6 PM. It was better than renting in front of tourist spots like Kiyomizu-dera. However, be aware that hair styling is not included. I paid an additional 1,100 yen on-site. (4) Facilities: Perfect. The overall renovation was good. While some places with poor facilities feel like a changing room on a movie set, this place is very clean and well-organized. However, as it's a small shop, there were only two or three changing rooms, and the variety of kimonos wasn't extensive. But for someone like me who has trouble choosing or doesn't care much, it was excellent. After all, the styles are similar in all shops. (5) Other: You can leave your luggage for 500 yen. The shoes were about a size 235 in Korean standards, and the straps were stretched, making them uncomfortable to walk in. For those sensitive about shoes, bring flip-flops! (6) Overall: If I come to Kyoto again, I will definitely come here again!!! (7) P.S. I think calm kimono styles are beautiful. When you go to tourist spots, locals tend to wear relatively calm patterns, while foreigners wear more elaborate ones. When I wore something elaborate, I later felt it looked tacky. So, I think it's good to have a calm kimono with an elaborate obi, or an elaborate kimono with a calm obi.

The shop is very affordable compared to other rental shops, and its location is also very easy to find. It comes with basic hair fixes, bags, and haori for men when you follow their IG.

The staff is nice and friendly. They help us a lot in choosing Kimino clothes and wear them. Also, they did hairstyle for us. FYI, if you use subway to come to the store, I recommend to add 15 or 20 mins in your plan. The Kyoto station is kind of big and it took us more than 15 mins to figure out how to direct from Kyoto Station to Minosa store.

When you arrive at the store at your reserved time, the staff will quickly find your order. After you've chosen your kimono, they will promptly help you put it on. If you choose a special hairstyle, it's an additional 550 yen, which is still very affordable.

Excellent, the location is convenient, right next to Kyoto Station and adjacent to the Ibis Hotel. They also offer a wide selection of kimonos. I will definitely come back next time I visit Kyoto!
