JR駅の目の前で、引き換えも迅速で非常に便利でした。由布院や別府まで荷物を持って移動する必要がなくて本当に良かったです。

Book through Klook and just show the QR code when you drop off your luggage. When I arrived at the hotel, the bag was there at 6 PM, just as they said. Everything went smoothly, and the counter was easy to find, located below the escalator near the Hakata JR West side exit!

The on-site staff were very thoughtful and happy to help resolve issues. They assisted by contacting the booked hotel to confirm if a delivery was possible. Their service was very thorough and highly recommended.

The process was very smooth and fast. The service counter is at Hakata Station. It took less than ten minutes from filling out the form to confirmation, making it easy to go to Yufuin!

行程由博多出發往先去由布院觀光，再住別府溫泉……但在klook發現這項目，行李不需帶着遊走，祗要10點前交行李到入閘口對面櫃檯職員，晚上到達別府行李已送到酒店，真輕鬆。👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️

It was a same-day delivery of luggage from Hakata Station to a hotel in Yufuin, which was very convenient as we didn't have to drag our huge luggage around while traveling on the train. However, the desk at Hakata Station to drop off luggage was slightly difficult to locate. We recommend providing clear directions and pictures to show the exact location of the drop-off desk inside Hakata Station.

This was my first time using Kyushu JR luggage delivery, and the location was excellent. We waited in the Hakata lobby at 8:30 AM, and the staff helped us fill out the luggage tag and place our bags. By 6 PM, when we checked into our Beppu hotel, our luggage had already arrived safely. This is truly an excellent service. I definitely don't want to drag a large suitcase up and down stairs at stations and tourist spots anymore. It's fantastic if you book it one day in advance! 👏

剛好8:30到櫃台寄送，人不多很方便快速，掃QR code再給飯店名稱就可以，還有多些時間去搭由布院之森，很方便快速的服務！

The desk is not easy to find because it's practically just a pop-up between 8 and 10 AM. We had an employee from the JR Kyushu Rail Pass office show us the location the day before. The vouchers worked easily, and dropping off 4 suitcases was done in 5-10 minutes. The suitcases were delivered to the hotel on the same day by 6 PM. It was great, a shame that the same service isn't available for the return trip from Beppu to Fukuoka. Otherwise, you might have to participate in the battle for luggage lockers in Yufuin (but since we started from Beppu at 7:45 AM, we were fortunately spared this, though we observed it at midday before continuing from Yufuin) - however, we can absolutely recommend this service, especially since it's a same-day delivery service, unlike the competitor with the 🐱 cat 👍
