This was our first time to book professional photography experience. We were very happy during 1 hour photo shooting. The photographer is very nice and advices us how to perform. Once we have got the photo, they are very lovely. Truly appreciated that.

Our family went to Fukuoka for Christmas Eve to celebrate our son's third birthday. We also specially invited photographer Alfred to take a series of photos for us as a memento. The photographer was very attentive. He contacted me in advance to understand the purpose of the shoot and the desired style. He also suggested shooting locations (because Uminonakamichi Seaside Park is closed on Tuesdays, Alfred was flexible and provided us with other options) and preparing small props (although I didn't end up preparing any 😂). On the day of the shoot, Alfred was very patient. My son is very active, running around everywhere, and Alfred ran with him throughout the entire venue to capture his movements. I am very grateful to Alfred. I love this set of photos; it's exactly the style I wanted 🫶🏻. He worked so hard that day, running for over an hour 👍.

First, I want to commend the excellent pre-shoot communication. I decided to try a Japanese-style family photoshoot in Fukuoka only about two weeks before my trip, so I booked quite late. Although my preferred morning slot was unavailable, they quickly offered me an afternoon slot on the same day (because my son usually naps in the afternoon and can be fussy). I chose a Japanese garden as the shooting location, and because the venue was quite unique, they proactively asked if they could call me via WhatsApp to discuss the shooting details. During our conversation, they suggested our whole family wear kimonos, saying the photos would look much better. After the call, they immediately sent me recommendations for kimono rental information, saving me the trouble of searching myself. On the day of the shoot, the photographer arrived at the location early. He didn't mind that we were a little late because my child walks slowly, and I'm truly sorry that we even went over time! My son is still young (two years old) and quite shy around strangers. The photographer constantly engaged him in play during the shoot, calling his name and chatting with him, taking photos while he played. He was excellent at capturing the child's happy smiles, and the resulting photos were natural and heartwarming. When my child needed a break, he also helped my husband and me take couple photos, truly not wasting any time. The weather was hot that day, and the photographer was constantly moving around, sweating profusely, yet he kept a smiling face and continuously guided us on how to pose, capturing the child from different angles. Afterwards, he even helped me take photos and videos with my phone so I could post them immediately that night. I believe all mothers understand that children (especially boys) won't stand still for photos, so having a photographer who knows how to capture children is truly important. After about two weeks, we received all the photos, over a hundred of them, and many were beautifully taken. As a mother, the happiest thing is having many beautiful photos with my son, not just photos of me taking pictures of my child/husband and son. Therefore, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for family/couple photos in Fukuoka!

We booked a 1.5-hour session for 2 people and had such a great experience. There were many available time slots to choose from, which made scheduling really convenient. The photographer speaks English well, which made communication really easy. He has a fun and humorous personality that helped us feel comfortable right away, especially when posing together. He guided us with different poses but also gave us the freedom to do our own, which we really appreciated. Overall, very professional and enjoyable! (((:

I had a photoshoot with my two children on February 2nd, and the photographer was Alfred from Hong Kong. Alfred was very gentle and always smiling with the children, making the entire photoshoot very comfortable. There was no impatience or unhappiness. Even when it started raining in the latter half of the day, Alfred remained professional throughout the entire session. If I had to choose again, I would still specifically request Alfred; he is a choice you won't regret.

I loved the experience, the photographer's energy, his good disposition, he brought accessories for my photos, he explained how to pose, he was attentive to every detail, he is very fast, very well prepared, and the photos turned out beautiful, thank you very much for the experience.

Normally, I'd just write a quick, perfunctory review, but this photography experience truly deserves a thoughtful and detailed response. ☺️ First, I booked a 1-hour family photoshoot in Fukuoka, Japan, intending to photograph my two children in kimonos on Children's Day, April 4th. I hadn't expected cherry blossoms 🌸 as a backdrop, but due to the unusually cold 🥶 and rainy 🌧️ weather this year, the cherry blossom season was delayed. I was incredibly grateful that on the day of the shoot, the cherry blossoms were in full bloom, even with a beautiful 'fubuki' (falling petals) effect. Before the shoot, a dedicated person contacted me via email and WhatsApp, carefully asking about my desired shooting locations and the kind of effects I wanted, offering suggestions, and advising on what to prepare beforehand. To my surprise, they communicated in Cantonese, and the person assisting me was a fellow Hong Konger, which was a pleasant surprise. On the day of the shoot, the two photographers (one male, one female) arrived earlier than scheduled and were already waiting. They were amiable, polite, and courteous. My two children are quite mischievous and uncooperative during shoots, but both photographers patiently engaged with them. They also had a comprehensive plan for the shooting locations. I chose Maizuru Park, and we started from the Shimomibashi entrance, shooting all the way to Fukuoka Castle. I just followed the photographers' lead. Although I purchased a 1-hour session, the two photographers worked overtime because of my mischievous children, but they never minded and maintained a highly professional attitude. Since the cherry blossoms were in full bloom that day, there were many locals and tourists, so we often had to wait for others to pass before we could shoot. The photographers were incredibly quick at capturing moments, which is commendable. If you've had experience with wedding photoshoots, you'll know that getting all the original photos usually incurs an extra charge. However, this photoshoot didn't require any additional fees, making it an absolute bargain. Plus, there was a main photographer and another assistant photographer responsible for taking snapshots, which was excellent value for money. They also offer professional retouching for five selected photos 😆, and basic color correction for the rest. All soft copies are provided via Google Drive approximately one week after the shoot. They even used our phones to take pictures, knowing that Hong Kongers like to post photos instantly. Although the photos aren't due yet, I couldn't wait to post and give them a thumbs up 👍🏻. This photography tour is highly recommended. It left us with deep and wonderful memories of our trip to Kyushu, Japan. My elders were satisfied, my partner was happy, and the English, Chinese, and Japanese language services ensured seamless communication. I highly recommend this tour. Remember to communicate well with the photographer and prepare for the shoot in advance to get beautiful photos. Also, here are some tips for travelers who are about to book! Allow at least 1 hour for wearing the kimono, choosing the outfit, and getting ready, plus the walk to the meeting point. It's safer to allow 1.5 hours. Therefore, if your kimono rental is at 10:00 AM, it's recommended to book the photographer for 11:30 AM so that service time isn't deducted due to delays.
