The hotel is near NAKASU station which is way better than the 2 more popular stations. Hakata and Tenjin Stations are too big and too crowded. Do try the River Cruise nearby.

Aside from the bed being a bit too soft, the room was spacious enough to fully open my suitcase, and having a bathtub was a plus. If you go out the back door, there's a Don Quijote, and it's even better because there's a drugstore and supermarket in the basement. Although the supermarket doesn't offer tax exemption, it gives an 8% discount, which made it cheaper than Don Quijote, and that was a bit frustrating. The Don Quijote building is connected to the subway, so use the escalator. There are also many Gunze stockings at the drugstore.

Exit Hakata Station through the underground mall's West 6 exit, walk straight for one minute, and you will arrive directly at the hotel. The location is very convenient, with bus stops, the subway, and the JR station nearby. The room faced the Hakata Station area where there was a construction site, but there wasn't much noise, and since you're likely out touring during the day, it shouldn't be a big issue. The room size is quite acceptable for a Japanese hotel. The hotel breakfast is very delicious with a decent variety of choices, and the French toast was especially tasty!

Kogo nie stać na zakup słuchawki prysznicowej za 5-6 tysięcy dolarów tajwańskich, może zatrzymać się w tym hotelu i wypróbować ją. Kiedyś w pokoju była pralko-suszarka marki SHARP, a tym razem była to TOSHIBA. Nie wiem dlaczego, ale wcześniej tylko jedna czy dwie rzeczy miały nieprzyjemny zapach, a po praniu i suszeniu w tej pralce wszystkie ubrania zaczęły śmierdzieć razem. Nigdy wcześniej z czymś takim się nie spotkałem, ale obsługa hotelowa nadal jest bardzo miła. Od 14:00 do 22:00 można napić się darmowych napojów – tym razem wybrałem sodę mangową i gorącą kawę, które są jednymi z najsmaczniejszych napijów w hotelach, w jakich do tej pory mieszkałem.

It was clean, smelled wonderful (like Aēsop, that kind of scent!), had a great atmosphere, and everything was perfect! The main bath was very luxurious, and the open-air bath was just right. There was also ice and a microwave on the 4th and 8th floors, which was convenient for eating. The staff were incredibly friendly, and they offered umbrella rentals when it rained, plus welcome tea! The breakfast was quite expensive but delicious, though I think it was a good decision to only book it for one day! The location was a bit awkward; it was further from Hakata Station than I expected, and Tenjin was quite a distance. It's quick by subway, but next time, I think I'll need to stay closer to Nakasu River. All the Koreans on the elevator were saying the location was too inconvenient and difficult... Anyway, it was great! Also, I had booked two rooms for consecutive nights and requested adjoining rooms in advance, and they gave us rooms right next to each other, which was absolutely wonderful! Thank you, the service was top-notch! Oh, but the view was really not good! We were on the 12th floor, the top floor, but it was just a view of a building's rooftop!

loved the location! it was 3 mins away from the hotel and near the malls. staff are nice and helpful too. the rooms are fine and well kept. i love that that train platform is so near our ebtrance/exit. would stay here again if i could

It turns out you can order room service for a massage! Unfortunately, I booked too late and it was fully booked! But it was a good thing, because I was late for my tour and didn't even have time to pay; I just left my room card and went. The hotel's cafe seemed quite nice. There was free-flow welcome wine. Breakfast was good. But it's not a swimming pool, just a beautiful bar pool. 😂

It's very close to the city center, and FUFU Mentaiko Bread is right next door. However, I wasn't used to the breakfast. The room size was decent, and the bathroom was quite spacious.
