It was clean, smelled wonderful (like Aēsop, that kind of scent!), had a great atmosphere, and everything was perfect! The main bath was very luxurious, and the open-air bath was just right. There was also ice and a microwave on the 4th and 8th floors, which was convenient for eating. The staff were incredibly friendly, and they offered umbrella rentals when it rained, plus welcome tea! The breakfast was quite expensive but delicious, though I think it was a good decision to only book it for one day! The location was a bit awkward; it was further from Hakata Station than I expected, and Tenjin was quite a distance. It's quick by subway, but next time, I think I'll need to stay closer to Nakasu River. All the Koreans on the elevator were saying the location was too inconvenient and difficult... Anyway, it was great! Also, I had booked two rooms for consecutive nights and requested adjoining rooms in advance, and they gave us rooms right next to each other, which was absolutely wonderful! Thank you, the service was top-notch! Oh, but the view was really not good! We were on the 12th floor, the top floor, but it was just a view of a building's rooftop!

Aside from the bed being a bit too soft, the room was spacious enough to fully open my suitcase, and having a bathtub was a plus. If you go out the back door, there's a Don Quijote, and it's even better because there's a drugstore and supermarket in the basement. Although the supermarket doesn't offer tax exemption, it gives an 8% discount, which made it cheaper than Don Quijote, and that was a bit frustrating. The Don Quijote building is connected to the subway, so use the escalator. There are also many Gunze stockings at the drugstore.

loved the location! it was 3 mins away from the hotel and near the malls. staff are nice and helpful too. the rooms are fine and well kept. i love that that train platform is so near our ebtrance/exit. would stay here again if i could

This was my first time in Fukuoka, and I feel very lucky to have chosen this hotel. The service, cleanliness, and rooms were all excellent. The surrounding area is quiet and pleasant, with a FamilyMart convenience store and restaurants nearby. It's also less than a 10-minute walk to the Hakata subway station.

I was impressed with my stay here. It is close to the airport and conveniently located to walk to Hakata Station. Hotel Location: Convenient, the hotel has paid parking, and there are also many parking lots nearby, making it car-friendly. It's very convenient, located near a subway station. It's just a few minutes' walk to the original Ichiran Ramen, and there are convenience stores, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, Don Quijote, and more nearby. Canal City is also only a twelve-minute walk away. Service: The staff are friendly and kind, with good English skills, so communication is not an issue. Breakfast: Breakfast is served in the restaurant next to the 1st floor. There's a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes, all fresh and delicious!

If your Fukuoka trip includes Tenjin, Hakata, Nakasu, or even day trips to Dazaifu or Yufuin from here, I personally prefer to find a conveniently located hotel and stay there for the entire duration. The reception staff, both at check-in and check-out, were incredibly friendly and professional! They even helped us book a car to the airport (confirming the driver and personally escorting us to the car). The hotel is conveniently located next to a bus terminal, and there's a Komeda Coffee shop on the first floor, offering a delicious and hearty breakfast set through a hotel partnership. Guests also have access to a large public bath, and there are convenience stores on the first floor and just down the street, which is very convenient! I will definitely stay here again when I visit Fukuoka!
