Labuan Bajo

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning decorations and breathtaking views. You can enjoy both sunrise and sunset right from the property. Staff were helpful and nice, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. I booked the Villa Cunca, but the room was not as expected. It felt small, with no place to put clothes—not even a rack. The air-conditioning wasn’t fully cold; although maintenance came to check, the issue remained. Hot water usage was also limited—once fully used in a day, you’d have to wait until the next morning for it to refill. The private pool in the villa wasn’t very clean, so I only used it once. Breakfast choices were just average. Overall, this hotel is great for a short one-night stay, especially if you want beautiful views and photos. But for a comfortable and longer stay, it didn’t work well for me.

Seamless check-in and check-out with warm, friendly staff who were always smiling. I stayed in the Premier Ocean View room—clean, beautifully decorated, with a super comfortable bed and a spacious balcony overlooking the ocean. Breakfast had plenty of choices and was delicious, and the restaurant itself offered stunning views. I also loved the thoughtful design of separating the toilet from the shower. The location is excellent-only about 8mins to airport. Overall, an excellent stay that exceeded my expectations.

Staff very helpful. Place is peaceful and quiet. Far from town center, but easily accessible by taxi.

De ophaaltijd was perfect, wat ik vooral leuk vond, is dat we bijna de eersten waren op elk punt. Draag comfortabele schoenen voor de wandeling en neem slippers mee voor het strand. Helaas heb ik geen manta's en geen schildpadden gezien. Mijn gids Gorge (ik denk dat dat de naam is) heeft geweldig werk geleverd! Ik had echt verwacht meer Komodovaranen te zien, aangezien ik speciaal naar Labuan Bajo ging om ze te zien, ik heb er maar 2 gezien. De lunch was lekker en mijn groep was erg aardig! As this private tour came to an end, standing on the pier, my tired mother said: "The experience today was truly intense." Being able to charter a boat with my parents, who are in their 70s, hike to the top of Padar Island together, and visit an almost deserted pink beach on the advice of our guide Andro, is a memory I will cherish for a lifetime. The fruit on board helped us replenish our energy, the brand new cushions allowed my father to lie down and rest comfortably, and Andro taking family photos for us at every attraction were all private services that exceeded my expectations. At the beach, my mother exclaimed that it was the clearest water she had ever seen in Indonesia. My father's first snorkeling experience made him as excited as a 17-year-old. Komodo dragons, baby sharks, coral, and sea turtles are all etched in our memories. When we went snorkeling at Manta Point, Andro went into the sea first to search, and after confirming the area where the manta rays were, he had the boat take my parents nearby, then used a lifebuoy to pull my mother to the area where the manta rays were feeding, and then held my father's hand, who was wearing a life jacket, to watch five black and white creatures circle and play in the sea. Seeing my father's red life jacket floating in the sea for a long time, I felt his joy and shock at seeing the free ocean giants. If you are traveling with 3 people, paying this fee may be more than double that of a large group, but the care and attention you receive is something you cannot experience on a hot, noisy, and unfamiliar large group tour (I have also participated in large group tours). But if you are traveling with 6 people, no matter how you look at it, this kind of chartered boat trip is the most cost-effective. A project with hundreds of reviews and a score of 4.8 is definitely worth it.

We werden opgehaald bij onze accommodatie, het personeel was vriendelijk en over het algemeen was alles geweldig. Het enige spijtige was dat we maar 2 Komodovaranen hebben gezien en omdat ik niet kan zwemmen, durfde ik niet de manta rog spot in te gaan haha.

Het was een geweldige ervaring als nooit tevoren. De ontmoeting was vastgesteld op 9:30 uur, maar dat was met een reden, namelijk om het tijdstip van het verschijnen van Sand Island aan te passen. Er was weinig bekendheid over de tour, dus de deelnemer bracht een privétijd alleen door.

Mijn vrienden en ik hebben echt genoten van de tour door Labuan Bajo. Het weer was ons gunstig gezind. Het Roze Strand was adembenemend. Het uitzicht vanaf de top van Palau Padar was geweldig. Tijdens het duiken hadden we het geluk een manta te zien. En natuurlijk is de ontmoeting met de Komodovaranen iets wat je nergens anders vindt. Ik zou deze tour zeker aanraden aan mensen die Labuan Bajo voor het eerst bezoeken. Ik hoop dat jullie net zoveel van de tour zullen genieten als wij. Er is hier zoveel te doen. We komen zeker terug.
