Labuan Bajo

The pick up time was on point ,what I liked mostly it’s that we were almost the first ones in each point . Wear comfy shoes for the hiking and have some slippers for the beach. sadly I didn’t saw any mantas and no turtles. my guide gorge (I think that’s the name ) did a wonderful job! I really expected to see more Komodo dragons as I went to Labuan bajo specifically to see them ,I saw only 2. the lunch was tasty and my group was really nice! I recommend 100%

Leaving this review for every Chinese tourist who loves to enjoy and save money! As this private tour came to an end, standing on the pier, my tired mother said: "The experience today was truly intense." Being able to charter a boat with my parents, who are in their 70s, hike to the top of Padar Island together, and visit an almost deserted pink beach on the advice of our guide Andro, is a memory I will cherish for a lifetime. The fruit on board helped us replenish our energy, the brand new cushions allowed my father to lie down and rest comfortably, and Andro taking family photos for us at every attraction were all private services that exceeded my expectations. At the beach, my mother exclaimed that it was the clearest water she had ever seen in Indonesia. My father's first snorkeling experience made him as excited as a 17-year-old. Komodo dragons, baby sharks, coral, and sea turtles are all etched in our memories. When we went snorkeling at Manta Point, Andro went into the sea first to search, and after confirming the area where the manta rays were, he had the boat take my parents nearby, then used a lifebuoy to pull my mother to the area where the manta rays were feeding, and then held my father's hand, who was wearing a life jacket, to watch five black and white creatures circle and play in the sea. Seeing my father's red life jacket floating in the sea for a long time, I felt his joy and shock at seeing the free ocean giants. If you are traveling with 3 people, paying this fee may be more than double that of a large group, but the care and attention you receive is something you cannot experience on a hot, noisy, and unfamiliar large group tour (I have also participated in large group tours). But if you are traveling with 6 people, no matter how you look at it, this kind of chartered boat trip is the most cost-effective. A project with hundreds of reviews and a score of 4.8 is definitely worth it.

The accommodation pickup was provided, the staff were friendly, and overall it was all good. The only regret was that I only saw two Komodo dragons, and because I can't swim, I was too scared to go to the manta ray point. lol

This was an amazing experience unlike any other I've had before. The meeting time was set for 9:30 AM, and there was a reason for that: it was timed to coincide with the appearance of Sand Island. The tour isn't well-known, so I was the only participant and had a private experience.

My friends and I really enjoyed the tour of Labuan Bajo. The weather was in our favor. The Pink Beach was stunning. The view from the top of Palau Padar was amazing. During the dive we were lucky to see a manta ray. And of course the encounter with the Komodo dragons is something you can not find elsewhere. I would definitely recommend this tour to first time visitors to Labuan Bajo. Hope you will enjoy the tour as much as we did. There are so many things to do here. We will definitely be back.

Our first stop was the legendary Blue Lagoon Cave — The moment I entered the cave, I held my breath in awe. The light rippled across the cave walls in hues of turquoise and azure — so beautiful that I couldn’t bear to look away. Our next destination was supposed to be Boleng Beach, but as the wind picked up and the waves grew restless, the captain changed course, guiding us instead to a nearby reef for snorkeling. The world grew silent; only the soft rhythm of my breathing mingled with the pulse of the sea. As evening fell, we climbed Amelia Hill to watch the sunset. The hill itself was modest in height but breathtaking in beauty. There were no steep paths or rugged climbs — only gentle slopes of wind-shaped grass that rolled toward the horizon. The hill may be small — a fifteen-minute walk to the summit — but from there, you can witness one of the most tender sunsets in the world.

We had an unforgettable time in Labuan Bajo, all thanks to our guide, Kris! He was incredibly friendly, very informative about the places we visited, and shared so many interesting facts that made the whole experience more meaningful. On top of that, he’s also a great photographer. He helped us capture beautiful moments throughout the trip, and we’re so grateful for it! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning decorations and breathtaking views. You can enjoy both sunrise and sunset right from the property. Staff were helpful and nice, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. I booked the Villa Cunca, but the room was not as expected. It felt small, with no place to put clothes—not even a rack. The air-conditioning wasn’t fully cold; although maintenance came to check, the issue remained. Hot water usage was also limited—once fully used in a day, you’d have to wait until the next morning for it to refill. The private pool in the villa wasn’t very clean, so I only used it once. Breakfast choices were just average. Overall, this hotel is great for a short one-night stay, especially if you want beautiful views and photos. But for a comfortable and longer stay, it didn’t work well for me.
