Very easy and convenient service. The staff were able to explain the basic instructions in English, which was very helpful. The only minor inconvenience is that the rental store is a short walk from the bus station; however, it is located right outside the train station, which makes it easy to find. The scooter worked well with no issues regarding the brakes, tires, or lights. Just remember to refill the gas before returning it

Geweldige schattigheids-overload trein... ook al vertrokken we zo vroeg om 6.22 uur vanuit Taipei, maar als Sanrio-liefhebber was ik zo verrukt. Ze gaven je ontbijt en onbeperkt drankjes, alles in Sanrio-thema. En de aantrekkelijke activiteiten zoals het zoeken naar foto's om een souvenir te krijgen... en er was ook een karaokekamer... echt een absolute aanrader voor Sanrio-liefhebbers🥰

Driver is punctual and proactively helped us with our luggage. The car is clean and neat.

Mr. Huang was on time and very nice. He drove us to our destinations and walked us to the front desk if we need to buy tickets. Car was super clean and spacious. His knowledge and expertise on the area was good too.
