I was very satisfied with my trip from Banqiao to Jiaoxi on the Kamalan Bus! The reservation process was simple and convenient, the seats were comfortable and spacious, and the driver drove smoothly and arrived on time. The vehicle was clean and tidy, and the air conditioning was just right, making the entire journey very comfortable. The price was reasonable, making it easier and more environmentally friendly than driving myself. The customer service staff were friendly and patient in answering questions. Overall, it is a good choice for traveling between Taipei and Yilan. I will choose this service again for my next trip and recommend it to friends who need to travel between Taipei and Yilan!

First time using self-service bike rental and return... Although the process was a bit sticky at first (don't scan the QR code on the right side of the entrance, scan the one pasted after going straight in), I found it very convenient once I got the hang of it, especially the return. Because I needed to return the bike earlier than service staff were working... self-service return gave me a lot more freedom in terms of time.

Vincent is the best driver/guide we have ever hired! we are in a group of 4 people and Vincent arranged the itinerary based on the location and brought us to all the places that we wanted within the timeframe. everything was smooth thanks to Vincent. will definitely book again.

Boarded at Taichung and got off at Tainan. Lived up to its hype! Only hiccup was the misunderstanding at the beginning. When the train rolled up, i asked the staff standing outside the car door if it was okay to board already and he waved me away. I sat back down for a minute and then decided to show him my ticket. Upon seeing that, he let me through. They gave me a cup of water and a cookie once inside. The seats were spacious and super comfortable. Through the whole ride, you are free to get up and explore the other cars. At the front are two karaoke cars plus a kind of reception area where i was told about a free item i could redeem if i followed their instructions. Another freebie was a wrist strap that you could design yourself. I believe this was in two different cars towards the front as well. Well-worth the price! Willing to do this again next time!

You drove without navigation and ended up wandering away from the hotel area, only returning after I guided you. I'm subtracting one star due to the frustrating waste of 15 precious minutes and the stress of having to keep an eye on Google Maps.

Taking the 8:30 AM bus from Luodong to the airport was very punctual and convenient. It only took about 2 hours and 30 minutes, and the seats were very comfortable. If the bus service were more frequent, I would visit Yilan more often, as it's so convenient and there's no need to transfer.

Did our own itinerary with diver Marco. He contacted us the night before departure and all I did was give him a list of places we intended to visit, and told him out "must-dos" and basically let him handle the route direction. He also helped confirm which bubble-tea making session we could book as this had to be done in advance. On the day itself, he noticed we wanted to have stinky tofu at a night market and instead brought us to one that is famous around the area. Also seeing my leg in a air-cast, he brought us to a public hot spring to get a quick foot soak - both out of our itinerary. Also a last minute request to find a certain snack was fulfilled. His knowledge of the area is great and you're definitely in for a good trip with Marco. Also car looked quite new, was very clean, spacious and he provided adequate bottles of water. While driving, you always felt safe as he kept a good distance and speed to the surrounding traffic. Also always finding the safest spot for drop offs.

The driver is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. He is able to give useful suggestions for us to amend our itinerary to optimise our time. Very friendly and patient with kids too. Car is very spacious and clean.
