Transport in Yilan

The instant purchase and use feature is great. You first exchange your voucher on the first floor of Taipei Bus Station, then head to the fourth floor for Kamalan Bus. You can buy your ticket in advance for a specific time, and then check upstairs if there are any standby seats available on an earlier bus, which is very flexible. It's a great choice for going to Yilan, and Luodong is excellent. It takes about 1.5 hours from Taipei Main Station to Luodong, which is the new station at a new location. Not having to drive yourself is very convenient.

Very easy and convenient service. The staff were able to explain the basic instructions in English, which was very helpful. The only minor inconvenience is that the rental store is a short walk from the bus station; however, it is located right outside the train station, which makes it easy to find. The scooter worked well with no issues regarding the brakes, tires, or lights. Just remember to refill the gas before returning it

The driver arrived 20 minutes early and contacted us, then drove us well according to our schedule. They even took photos for us along the way. We had booked a dolphin tour, but when we arrived, the local operator said there was no record of our reservation. The driver communicated effectively with the staff, helping us switch to an earlier time slot so we could still go. Although they were a bit older, they treated us very comfortably and drove very calmly and skillfully. There was a restaurant we wanted to try, and they even called to make a reservation for us. Despite the language barrier, they did their best using an app, which allowed my husband and me to create wonderful memories in Iran. Thank you!^^

Ein Zug mit erstaunlicher Niedlichkeit.. obwohl wir schon um 6:22 Uhr morgens von Taipeh abfuhren, war ich als Sanrio-Liebhaberin so begeistert. Man bekam Frühstück und unbegrenzt Getränke, alles im Sanrio-Design. Und die attraktiven Aktivitäten wie die Suche nach Bildern, um ein Souvenir zu bekommen... und es gab auch einen Karaoke-Raum... ein absolutes Muss für Sanrio-Liebhaber🥰

Der Fahrer war pünktlich und hat uns proaktiv mit unserem Gepäck geholfen. Das Auto ist sauber und ordentlich.

Taking the 8:30 AM bus from Luodong to the airport was very punctual and convenient. It only took about 2 hours and 30 minutes, and the seats were very comfortable. If the bus service were more frequent, I would visit Yilan more often, as it's so convenient and there's no need to transfer.

Mr. Huang was on time and very nice. He drove us to our destinations and walked us to the front desk if we need to buy tickets. Car was super clean and spacious. His knowledge and expertise on the area was good too.

Der Fahrer ist sehr hilfsbereit und kennt sich in der Gegend gut aus. Er kann uns nützliche Vorschläge machen, wie wir unsere Reiseroute anpassen können, um unsere Zeit optimal zu nutzen. Er ist auch sehr freundlich und geduldig mit Kindern. Das Auto ist sehr geräumig und sauber.
