Gids meneer He was geweldig 👍 zeer plichtsgetrouw, legde de hele weg uit, en bekommerde zich erg om ons. De reis was goed georganiseerd en de tijd was goed ingedeeld. It was a pleasant experience, the girls who serve are super friendly, although there are some language limitations, they strive to understand and make themselves understood even with signs and gestures. The kimonos looked great, the photos turned out incredible. They also took care of our suitcases all day until closing for 1100 yen each. And the location of the place is excellent. Good experience.

I booked an appointment through Klook and finally visited last week. I had prepaid and wasn’t sure what to expect. The location is inside a residential building and a little tricky to find, but after asking around I got there.
I was welcomed so warmly! My nail technician—who is also the owner—was incredibly friendly and spoke perfect English. She examined my nails carefully and gave me excellent advice. The design turned out exactly as I imagined, and I couldn’t be happier.
My nails have never looked this good. I hope to return the next time we travel to Yokohama!

The location is very convenient, right outside is the "Law Cheung" railway station. The hotel has excellent views, the rooms have private hot spring baths, and you can see the sunrise. Very relaxing. The one-night-two-meals package is very tasty. I will definitely stay again next time.

very nice holiday house and convenient to transfer , near by bus station , quiet and clean, special Japanese style floor and bed , like home feel and friendly , fantastic hot springs pool inside hotel , only no restaurant and can order simple food , otherwise everything all great

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of, which made our stay relaxing. The staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

so far this is the best airport hotel i have seen!!! very reasonable price, so clean and cozy. the rooms were just right in size, not too small not too big. very modern and good view. free shuttle to and from the airport and the city was a big plus!!! and there was free coffee, free use of onsen and other facilities. the front desk personnel were also very friendly and helpful and pleasant!
