we have a plesant stay.. the receptionist is very helpful and friendly

so far quite spacious, air cond super cold, there is heater as well and amneties is provided. the problem is the lights inside the room, quite dim

Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathtub which we really liked. However, the room and bathroom were quite dusty, it felt like it hadn’t been used for a while. Housekeeping definitely needs to improve on cleanliness. The staff were polite, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay, especially the receptionist who assisted us patiently. The hotel is currently under renovation, so some facilities are unavailable, the pool was closed, but they offered access to Hilton’s pool instead, which was a nice gesture. Most of the restaurants were also closed due to renovation, but breakfast was temporarily served at Level 22. There were plenty of choices and the food was surprisingly good. Overall, it’s a decent stay with good service, but I hope the cleanliness and renovation issues will be improved soon. cleanliness: 3/5 hotel location: 5/5 breakfast: 4/5

De check-in was gepland voor 15:00 uur, maar mijn familie arriveerde om 15:20 uur. Ze informeerden ons dat de kamer nog niet klaar was. Uiteindelijk, om 15:30 uur, ontvingen ze een telefoontje en konden ze een kamer krijgen. Op dit vlak moeten ze verbeteren. Het is begrijpelijk dat het een schoolvakantie is. Echter, de check-out is al om 15:00 uur, wat vrij laat is. Dit uitstellen terwijl de check-out om 12:00 uur 's middags is, is niet ideaal.

quite a pleasant stay! affordable & strategically located, just a short walk away from all the shops :) enjoyed my stay here, would recommend!

good location, room is sufficient but unfortunately there's a lot of dust on the floor behind the room door which was not cleaned by housekeeping for many days or months.

very nice hotel, nearby there's mcd. room is spacious but one thing I don't like is that there's no carpet, it's tiles so maybe it's a little bit cold. breakfast wise is good, varieties of choices
