Our guide, Eden (E.D.E.N.), is an amazing tour guide. He speaks English and is very passionate about what he does. He puts a personal touch on how he explains things and is naturally concerned for people. He is an authentic leader and has a command in leadership, especially regarding timing, which is very important in group activities. He is very trustworthy and communicated prior to the start of the tour. He has consistently been reachable for any questions.
The cruise itself is very worthwhile. There's a good selection of food and interesting activities. The crew members were also amazing and attentive. Overall, it was a great experience that I would recommend to my friends and family.

Jeg hadde en fantastisk tid med Dolphin Cruise! Vi ble så godt tatt vare på. André sørget for at vi fikk delta på aktivitetene i tide. Fasilitetene på cruiset er fantastiske, med nydelig mat i tillegg! Ville definitivt bestilt det igjen med venner, partner og familie ❤️

Wonderful day trip. It was a long day due to travel time there and back, but it was worth it. We had a great guide, and the transportation was well-organized and comfortable. The boat was excellent, with lunch, kayaking, swimming, and beautiful surroundings. The golf cart ride across the island to the cave and museum was also a lot of fun. It was nice that it was small-scale and not overly touristy.

We were upgraded to their new Diamond Era cruise. Communication was excellent,with full itinerary sent the day before. The limousine transfer was business class standard, with comfortable seats & complimentary bottled water for every passenger.
Although we were running late, our tour guide, Vincent, waited patiently for us. He was professional, humble, friendly & knowledgeable. His explanations throughout the day were clear & informative, & he made sure everyone knew what to expect.
The cruise itself was of a very high standard, spotlessly clean, modern & well maintained. Lunch was good, with plenty of options for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. Drinks were reasonably priced,& the cruise staff were polite, attentive & worked hard throughout the day.
This one day Ha Long Bay cruise is a must. It is a long and tiring day, but it is well worth it. Doing it with this team made the experience even better.

Great experience with all the attractions in the place except if there’s Chinese tour buses they are very pushy with all the queues makes it a bad experience, so try come early or late to avoid.

Definitely a much more laid-back day trip that you can do while staying in Hanoi. Cruising past the limestone mountains while enjoying lunch or a drink was such a relaxing experience.
The separate boat ride through the limestone formations and caves was especially peaceful - perfect if you’re looking to unwind and reconnect with nature. We also visited a dry cave filled with fascinating rock formations. It was only a short walk, making it easy for most people to enjoy.
I do remember that the scheduled departure time wasn’t followed, though. That said, Mr. Milano, our guide that day, was helpful throughout the trip. The only thing I think could be improved is the food served during lunch.
