Det var en veldig tilfredsstillende tur. Barnet mitt og familien min koste seg grundig. Det var tilfeldigvis barnets bursdag, og overraskelsen de arrangerte ga ham et fantastisk minne. Turen og personalet (Dan, Chan, James ...) var alle veldig hyggelige. Jeg vil definitivt velge Amanda igjen neste gang!

I would like to thank the whole crew, from Dan to Hannah to the rest of the staff who took care of us throughout the 2 days. My fam and I had a super great time, from the clarity of the information, room cleanliness, food quality and cocktail happy hours! Ha Long Bay is very beautiful on its own merits and Amanda Cruise makes it even more special. Thank you!

highly recommend Dan and Hannah! their service is so good:) food is okay haha but expect would have more vietnam style food would be even better! many activities and william’s service is good, very helpful in whatsapp!

it's a great cruise. best to enjoy. food was marvelous and super healthy. the decorations services are top notch. staffs are so friendly and helpful. trying to bring the momentum within people. I would come again food was phenomenal 10 out of 10. kayaking was also very good morning beach was fantastic and the water not too much cold and hot also it's a morning 18 calcius to swim in there heaven with that view. really nice trip and nice service I had I give 5* for everything. thanks for the hospitality.

This isn't extravagant luxury, but the value is unbeatable for the price. Rooms are surprisingly great and comfortable, while the staff—especially cruise manager Dan—are incredibly warm, honest, and hardworking. Had a very wonderful experience with Amanda. After my booking I needed a balcony room for which Nr Andy upgraded me to their Hera luxury brand cruise Ocean Suite room with difference payable. We booked our room with pickup to which they upgraded us to a Limousine van. The overall experience was very good. All of the staff at cruise including crew manager Minh were very kind and took care of our food exceptionally well as we are vegetarians. They gave us so much to eat with so many dishes that we couldn't even finish. our room was luxurious with front big balcony and very good view. Mr Andy even took care of booking or cab transfer to airport timely.

We recently took a cruise at Halong Bay and overall had a good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the trip, and the pick-up from Hanoi was punctual, which made the start of the journey smooth. The price of the cruise was also quite reasonable for what was offered. , Halong Bay itself was very crowded with tourists, which took away a bit from the otherwise beautiful scenery. Also, after disembarking on the last day, we ended up waiting for about an hour for the bus back to Hanoi, which was a bit frustrating after an early morning check-out. Overall, it was a nice trip and good value for money, but just be prepared for the crowds and some waiting time at the end.

We had an unforgettable experience aboard the Amanda Luxury Cruise. Initially, we booked the standard Amanda Cruise, but to our surprise, we were upgraded to the more luxurious boat, which we only discovered once we arrived at their lounge. Ms. Linh, the organizer, kept us informed via WhatsApp, ensuring our pick-up and drop-off went smoothly, and she handled all our requests with great care. The entire trip was perfectly timed and well-organized. Lee, the cruise manager, was incredibly friendly and attentive. To top it off, they surprised us with a beautiful anniversary setup in our room to celebrate our 19th anniversary. The food was exceptional, and the overall experience was truly a 5/5—a once-in-a-lifetime memory!
