Hera Boutique 2D1N Cruise: Ha Long Bay-tur med Sung Sot og Ti Top

Cruiset er strålende, og mannskapet er eksepsjonelt. Spesielt Dan (Mr. Anh), cruisesjefen. Han var veldig imøtekommende og gjorde turen spesiell fra start til slutt. Han sørget for at vi ble godt tatt vare på av personalet, og gjorde turene morsomme og informative. Turene tok deg til de beste stedene rundt Ha Long Bay, men de var på populære tidspunkter, så forvent køer! Maten på cruiset var god, og de var veldig flinke til å sørge for at maten passet til kostholdsbehov. Middagen var høydepunktet som en "sett meny", mens lunsj og frokost og brunsj var buffé. Rommene var rene og komfortable, med en nydelig balkong å slappe av på. De eneste store negative var at WiFi ikke var det beste, og varmtvannet i dusjen vår var inkonsekvent. Vil definitivt anbefale dette cruiset, og kanskje til og med komme tilbake og ta noen flere dager!!! Takk, Dan og mannskap!!!!🛳️⚓️

Экскурсия прошла отлично! Всё вовремя, точно по расписанию, без суеты и спешки. Порадовала очень слаженная работа всей команды, улыбки, приветливость и желание помочь. Кормили много и очень вкусно - отдельная благодарность поварам! Удобная кровать и уютная каюта - я отлично выспалась. Утром был шикарный вид на бухту с верхней палубы, где я встретила рассвет - я осталась впечатлена и очень довольна! Обязательно буду рекомендовать этот лайнер своим друзьям. Спасибо и надеюсь на новые встречи!

Loved to see the friendliness, enthusiasm and happiness of the staffs in the cruise and the bus. They do take care of everything from end to end, so not to worry. Rooms need to be upgraded a little more. Activity timings were very tight, better to give buffer time for families with kids & senior citizens.

The assistant manager, Winters, coordinated the activities well, and was very friendly and approachable. We enjoyed the food, and we especially enjoyed the spring rolls served during dinner. The preparation for the burning shrimp dish during dinner was also good. The rest of the crew members were also friendly and efficient. All in all, we had a great time.

Highly recommend Hera Classic Boutique Cruise! Comfortable and cosy cabin, friendly waitstaff and entertaining tour guide. Enjoyable activities and delicious quality meals, catered special dishes for allergies and vegetarian diets. Only downside is no tv in room as advertised and poor WiFi signal, but the itinerary was packed well enough so there is always something happening.

2D1N itinerary is perfectly timed to be enjoyable and not too rushed. Basked in all the serene natural sites in Ha Long Bay and learnt alot about Vietnamese culture and traditions from the Tour guide.

It's an amazing experience, we love the foods and the rooms. Your crew are very nice. The places are amazing. Just the weather, it was cloudy and we didn't see the sunset. But it's really good.

definitely recommend Hera but suggest upgrading to thier grand cruise with the bathtub as it has spectacular views. buffet dinner was amazing with so many choices.

Although there was a slight issue with room availability, they provided the best solution, which ultimately transferred us to Amanda Premium Cruise, which is still the same company. A very memorable trip. All the staff were very helpful, the room was comfortable with a beautiful view, the food was very delicious and they paid attention to the dietary needs of customers, especially for Ozil and Roxanne. Thank you for accommodating our vacation.
