Hercules Premium dagscruise: Ha Long-bukten med Sung Sot og Ti Top

Det var en god opplevelse på Hercules-cruiset. Vi var en gruppe på 3 venner (kun jenter), og vi gikk om bord i limousinbussen som brukte omtrent to og en halv time på å nå kaien. Reiselederen Tình var ganske informativ. Ved kaien ble vi ønsket velkommen med en drink og et håndkle. Kort tid etter spiste vi lunsj, som hadde et stort utvalg av vegetariske og ikke-vegetariske retter. Vi dro til perlefarmen, Sung Sot-grotten (den var majestetisk, men hadde rundt 700 trinn), Ti Top-øya (full av folk, så vi dro ikke dit), bambusbåttur (gratis), og deretter fikk vi snacks og drikke da det hele var over. Vi kom tilbake og slappet av på toppen av cruiset. Det var en god opplevelse totalt sett, jeg tror de fleste cruise vil tilby de samme fasilitetene. Husk at de er veldig nøye med tidene. De vil ikke nøle med å dra uten deg hvis du er for sen.

Etter å ha lest anmeldelser, bestilte vi Hercules Premium Day Cruise for to den 30. april, og valgte limousinbussen med henting fra Hanoi Old Quarter. Operatøren kontaktet oss en dag i forveien med tydelige detaljer. Guiden vår, Austin, var punktlig og veiledet oss til et nærliggende hentested. Limousinbussen var komfortabel med god benplass, selv om trafikken forlenget reisen til nesten fem timer i stedet for tre. Vi ankom cruiset rundt kl. 13.30 og spiste en lunsjbuffé med rask påfyll, selv om drikkevarer måtte betales for. Reiseruten inkluderte Sung Sot-grotten, Hang Luon og Ti Top-øya. Ved Hang Luon var det valgfri tur med hurtigbåt, mens bambusbåt og kajakkpadling var inkludert. En te-pause ble servert på returreisen, og vi nådde Hanoi i tide. Alt i alt var turen godt organisert og problemfri. Austin var oppmerksom og gjorde en stor innsats for å forklare severdighetene. Jeg vil anbefale denne opplevelsen for en praktisk dagstur til Halong Bay.

We were upgraded to their new Diamond Era cruise. Communication was excellent,with full itinerary sent the day before. The limousine transfer was business class standard, with comfortable seats & complimentary bottled water for every passenger. Although we were running late, our tour guide, Vincent, waited patiently for us. He was professional, humble, friendly & knowledgeable. His explanations throughout the day were clear & informative, & he made sure everyone knew what to expect. The cruise itself was of a very high standard, spotlessly clean, modern & well maintained. Lunch was good, with plenty of options for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. Drinks were reasonably priced,& the cruise staff were polite, attentive & worked hard throughout the day. This one day Ha Long Bay cruise is a must. It is a long and tiring day, but it is well worth it. Doing it with this team made the experience even better. Thank you to Vincent & the whole team for making our trip an enjoyable one.

這次經歷一次非常完滿的海上之遊, 導遊Thnh非常窩心及行程編排很細心, 特別推介選擇這艘郵船, 非常時尚及乾淨, 自助午餐食物也美味, 雖然日落下午茶簡單但感覺誠意, 攀上英雄島頂峰觀景台俯瞰海灣景色很壯觀, 穿梭岩洞內觀看鬼斧神工的大自然創造, 讚嘆做物主的偉大, 最後泛舟穿越大山下的神祕洞別有洞天, 回程在遊船甲板上觀看日落黃昏美景, 為這旅程畫上了完美的句點。

Из-за шторма наш тур был перенесен на несколько дней. Сам тур прошел замечательно. Дети остались в полном восторге и хотели поехать туда снова. Также нам понравился наш гид Tinh. Отдельное спасибо ему за сделанные красивые фотографии всей нашей семьи.

What a day! We enjoyed our trip to Ha Long Bay so much. The itinerary was jam packed and it moved quickly and ran smoothly. I particularly enjoyed the kayaking. It would be nice to have a bit more time at Ti Top to climb the steps and enjoy a swim, but in a one-day tour it is hard to do it all. Bring your own large reusable water bottle filled up! It can get very hot and you may end up needing to purchase many small cans of water, which seems counter to banning single use plastics. We enjoyed meeting people from all over the world and taking in the beautiful scenery. It really doesn’t disappoint. it was a wonderful break from the city. the bus has chargers, which is a bonus. It is also very comfortable.

This is one of the highlight of our tour in hanoi part. we enjoyed cruising hercules premium. mostly food are seafood. clean amenities especially the jacuzzi and cr on board. Brian, our tourguide is very accomodating and fun to be with.

最高の体験ができました。豪華客船に乗って、食事しながらハロン湾巡り。ティートップ島からの眺めも最高でした。洞窟では、ガイドさんの細かな説明で充分堪能できました。バンブーで作った手漕ぎボートでは、思いがけない珍客（猿）に遭遇することができ、楽しい思い出になりました。長時間ツアーでしたが、大満足！オススメします！

Great experience for us first-timers in Hanoi! We chose Hercules because of the reviews that it's one of the most modern ships, and it's true. The boat is very clean with cool air conditioning. The itinerary has good pacing: Ti Top around 1pm (nice but hot), then Sung Sot Cave around 2:30, then Hang Luon at 4pm when the sunlight is soft. Those with health issues can skip Sung Sot Cave - even we young ones were tired after, with the 150 steps going up and the 30-45 minute walk. But it's worthwhile! Shoutout to our amazing guide Jackie (Jackie Chan)! He made the long walk very fun with explanations about the cave. Bring cash because they sell drinks near the cave exit and you will be very tired. Great experience overall, and if we do this again we will still choose Hercules because of the new-looking boat, great staff, and our very energetic guide Jackie who took great care of everyone :D

If you're going to Ha Long Bay, do it with Hercules! From Hanoi to Haiphong, the experience was engaging and insightful. Under our tour guide Henry's care, we were able to maximize the tour in just one day. Ha Long Bay is breathtakingly beautiful, and our guides made the executive decision to adjust the itinerary accordingly so that we may maximize the tour efficiently. On the way and all throughout the tour, Henry gave us a little bit of history and background of Vietnam, which was very cool to learn as a visitor. Our crew also never got lost, because instructions were clear: always follow Santa! Plus we were able to take really good photos thanks to him. Food was good, and the cruise ship is clean and well-maintained. We also suggest doing the speed boat, even if it has additional cost. Do note that if you are visiting, best to bring your own water in a metal container. Plastic bottles are not allowed, so that Vietnam can maintain the beauty of Ha Long Bay.
